~Genevieve ArellanoIt's the start of the holidays now, I have two weeks to be able to sleep all day and hang out with Harry as much as I possibly can. However, I've woken up with the worst headache so I don't plan on doing anything today. Both my father and Cam are out working which means I have the whole house to myself. Peace and quiet is all I need when I feel like shit. I decide to text Harry.

Harry reads the message and doesn't answer which is a bit confusing. I shrug it off and decide to get out of bed and get something to eat, some toast would be great right now. I make my way out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen, I grab some bread and shove it in the toaster.I stand next to it and tap my foot, I have been so impatient lately, once the toast is ready I hear a knock at the door. Do I eat my toast or do I answer the door? I decide on answering the door, I look through the peep hole and I see a gorgeous boy with brown, curly hair standing at my doorstep. I open the door and I smile widely at Harry and he returns the smile. He pulls me in for a hug and I hug him back, I've missed him even though I saw him a few days ago. I realise that I'm in shorts, vest top and bathrobe, I feel sorry for Harry having to see me like this. If I would have known Harry was coming I would have gotten dressed or at least sorted my hair out.
"Hey." I say.
"Hey, I brought you some soup." He smiles and I chuckle.
"Is that why you didn't answer my text?" I raise my eyebrow.
"Yes, I quickly got dressed, warmed up some soup and drove to yours."
"I'm sure the soup will make me feel better, thank you." I smile.
"Oh no, the soup won't help. I will make you feel better." He smirks.
"Come in." I smile and open the door for him to come in.
"Wait, where's your family?" He asks.
"At work."
"Good, I won't die today then." He chuckles.
"What would you have done if they were here?" I ask him, he should have thought of this at home instead of acting on Instinct. I wouldn't have known what to do if my father saw Harry here, I wouldn't want to know.
"I'm not quite sure." He shrugs and I shake my head whilst heading over to the kitchen with Harry following close behind.
"You're insane."
"Insanely good looking?" He asks and I burst out into a fit of laughter. His eyebrows furrow and he crosses his arms over his chest, he looks like a child.
"Why are you laughing?" He pouts.
I shake my head, "You're funny Harry."
"I know." He smiles and pretends to flick his hair. I smile and take the container that has soup inside and open it. I pour it into two bowls and place them in the microwave. Whilst standing and looking at the microwave I feel Harry's arms snake around my waist and his head leans against my shoulder. I lean my head onto his, I love these sweet gestures, they warm my heart. Just the slightest touch from Harry can make me forget all my problems.
I close my eyes and hum, trying to enjoy the moment and it is quickly ruined when the timer from the microwave goes off. I groan and open it, taking both bowls out, I open the draw and take out two spoons and place one in each bowl. I give one to Harry and we make our way to the living room. We sit down on the couch next to one another and I turn on the tv, friends plays in the background whilst we eat our soup.
"This is amazing." I say and Harry nods.
"I know, my mum always makes it for me, it's my favourite." He smiles. I love it when Harry tells me about his family and his past, just his life in general. It allows me to get to know him better
"Well, she's an amazing cook." I compliment.
"You should come round for dinner one day." He says calmly and my eyes widen.
"What?" I choke.
He laughs, "You should come round for dinner one day Genevieve Arellano." He repeats.
"I heard you the first time, I'm just shocked. What if your mum doesn't like me? I'm not ready for this." I ramble and he chuckles.
"She will love you Gen! Trust me." He smiles and I sigh.
"You really think so?" I ask and he nods.
"Yes, she will absolutely adore you, just like I do." He says and I lean over and plant my lips onto his.
He's taken aback by my actions but moves his lips in sync with mine. It's still so unusual to kiss Harry, but I love it, his lips are so soft and plump. He hasn't really made the first move yet but I think that's because he is worried that I might not be ok with it. But I totally am.
I slowly pull away and a big grin is plastered on his face, "I like you a lot Gen."
"I like you a lot Harry." I smile.
"It's weird, kissing you. I've wanted to for so long but it's actually happening now. It's so much better than I imagined." He smiles and I smile back.
"Not in a creepy way." His eyes widen and I laugh.
"I didn't take it in a creepy way." I laugh and he joins in.
"So what movie shall we watch?" He asks.
I think for a minute, "Umm..." my words are stopped when the sound of the door being unlocked is heard.
