So the Wyrm is described as an oily black mess with fangs and red eyes.
Pretty scary, right? Well, sure I guess. I mean it sounds scary, but at the same time is sounds like an octopus. So I had a hard time imaging it as something scary (I use references whenever I draw or think about something. Every character in my stories and every relationship is based off of something I know). So I needed something to base the Wyrm off of.
I mean there was fanart, which helped, but then I saw it. The perfect Wyrm. It lacked the red eyes, but man it fit everything else.
