It was finally date night and I could not be happier. Luna insisted that she come over to help me get ready. She had tamed my hair back into a braided bun, which would be fit for a wedding in my opinion. Then she forced me to let her do my makeup. An hour later she finally decided I was done.
"You look great!" Luna gushes, standing back to admire her work.
"Well I would hope so you spent forever on my hair and makeup." I tease her. "Dean is going to be here soon so I should start getting ready to leave."
Just as I say that a knock and the door alerts us to him arriving. I grab my jacket and throw in my shoes.
"Thank you Luna. You're the best." I say before opening the front door and stepping outside.
"Uh...hi, you look really good!" Dean says scratching the back of his neck. By now I have figured out he does that when he's nervous.
"Thanks, you do too!" I say. He's wearing darker jeans than normal and a black shirt that fits him perfectly. "So where exactly are we going, you never told me?" I ask.
"It's a surprise." He says after a long pause, looking down at the ground.
"You have no clue where we are going do you?" I inquire walking towards Dean's car.
"Not really, I had no clue what you wanted to do." He answers following me towards the car. "We could go to that old dinner in the next town over."
"That sounds good... is seriously your car?" I ask curiously looking down at the sleek black car.
"Kinda it's my dads but he let me borrow it. He says opening the passenger side door for me.
After driving for awhile we ended up at the dinner finding is completely empty except for a couple at the counter.
"Welcome to the mystery spot dinner! How many?" The hostess asked with a fake smile.
"Two." Dean replied.

The date went amazing Dean and I had so much to talk about and we hardly had silence, well except for when we were eating because your girl loves her food. Dean then drove me home and that said that we should get some first because this week we were putting our plan to save the town into action.
"Did you have a good time?" Jack asked as I walked in the door.
"Yep. We decide we are going out again Thursday night." I lied, we were actually going into the woods to set the Wendigos den on fire. If I told Jack what we were doing he would never let me go.
"That's good, but if he does anything to you I will kill him. You understand right?" He replied acting like my dad again.
"Ok dad. I'll be good I promise." I say rolling my eyes.
That night I lied awake thinking of our plan and if it would work. Luna and Violet didn't have a clue what we were doing and I wanted to keep it that way. The only people who knew were Dean and I.
I finally fell asleep dreaming of what would happen if we succeeded. Would Dean and I continue to date? Or would we split up? Or we could get killed. I pushed that thought out of my mind, finally drifting off into a dreamless sleep.
