Splash!  Kate and I came up giggling. "That was so fun!" Kate shouted, "I know, we should do this more often." I replied climbing out of the lake with her. Luke and Mikey were kicking the soccer ball around.

"I know you like him Rose; just ask him." Kate looked at me. "I can't do it, I'm too shy." I said.  "In three days we'll be three weeks in to eighth grade year. You never know something might happen and you'll need him. Go ask." She insisted.  I shook my head, "I want him to ask me"

                                                                Three Days Later

"Why don't you ask her!" As I got out of class Kate was in Michael's face. "But I can't I'm, so confused. I love Rose and Luke." Michael somewhat whined. "I'm going to tell you one more time! Luke doesn't give a shit about you! All he is doing is playing you! That's what he does best! Get over him! The person who cares is Rose, she is always by your side waiting to listen. She hurts for you Michael. Yet you're too blind and look right past her." Kate said.

"I'm blind? Last time I checked I wasn't the one in an abusive relationship with Ashton. I'm not the one who keeps to myself when my family bitches at me. I also don't whore around like you and send nudes to everyone! At least I'm not worthless like you!" Michael yelled.

I walked towards Michael "what's your problem" I asked.

"uh, my problem is that this bitch thinks she knows me." He snapped.

"Michael what's wrong with you? I don't like it. Kate did nothing wrong except for being slut." tears formed in my eyes.

"That's right Kate is so sweet  and innocent she could never do anything wrong. Kate is anything but innocent. She said that Harry raped her and we all know that's a lie. She wanted it." He finished.

"Mikey I don't know who you are right now and I'm not sure if  I want to. Stay away from me." I went  to walk away with kate but she wasn't there.

"Kate?" I called out.  I ran out of the school and down the school calling her name. I got to her house and knocked on the door.

Luke answered, "Hello" luke answered.

"Luke where's Kate?" I asked frantically.

"I don't know I thought she was at school l and then going to the park." he said 

"Okay, thank you." I said and ran to Center Park. when saw she was not on the playground i ran to our spot.  There is where i found her.

"Kate." No answer. "Kate." Repeated and got no answer again. 

I moved her arm to get her attention and i saw her arms. They were covered in blood. 

I started crying and held her in my arms. "I'm sorry... I'm too late." I called Luke and told him what happened.
