Emma and Harry: Courage.

''Emma? Come on! We're gonna be late for the signing!'' her friend, Mollie, called.

''Coming!'' Emma pulled a brush through her blonde flippy hair and pulled on her Converse.

''Whoo! Let's go!'' she cried, running down the stairs and banging into Mollie.

''Honestly.'' Mollie rolled her eyes as they left their house and walked to the music shop.

Outside the shop, there was a crowd of girls waiting for them. For One Direction.

''Wow, what a great turn up.'' Mollie muttered, herding them towards a parked up car.

''Let's wait here for a while.'' she said.

''Okay.'' Suddenly, someone climbed out of the car and came towards them.

''Are you here for the signing?'' he asked them.

Their jaws dropped and they stared at the boy.

''Harry Styles?!'' Emma squeaked.

''Yeah. Are you here for the signing?'' he repeated.

''Yes, we are,'' Emma looked at Mollie. ''Don't flip!'' she cried, seeing her friend was about to scream in happiness.

''Okay, deep breaths.'' Mollie murmured to herself.

''Well, I've gotta go. See you at the signing later,'' he winked and left them standing there.

''Wow.'' Mollie breathed.

''Yeah. Now, let's go! We don't want to be late!'' Emma dragged her friend to the door and they waited to be let in.

''I think you should slip him your number. He seemed into you.'' Mollie whispered.

''Could do, I suppose.'' Emma said.

She quickly wrote it down on a piece of paper and then, when it was her turn she gave Harry the CD and then quickly slipped him her number.

He smiled and winked knowingly.

''Thanks.'' he mouthed.

Emma left the desk, where they were signing the CDs and then made a 'call me' gesture.

''Oh my god! I didn't think you would, but you did! You have courage, girl!'' Mollie exclaimed, happily.

''I know. And now, Harry is gonna call me!'' Emma cried.

Later, at home, Harry did call her.

''I'm glad you gave me your number,'' he said, halfway through the conversation.

''So am I,'' she replied.
