Bailey and Niall: Collision of Heads.

Bailey:

This was the day I'd been anticipating since last Christmas.

It had been the best day ever. I'd woken up, eyes blurred with sleep. It had seemed like a normal day except it wasn't. It was Christmas. I'd plodded downstairs, and ignored all the presents laid out for me and my sister. There was one, plain white envelope under the tree. To our dearest Bailey was etched on it. I'd opened it, and two tickets were inside, for me and my best friend Kate. For One Direction.

Anyway, now I debated what to wear. Nothing seemed right. After all, this may be the only One Direction concert I ever see. A vibration on my phone signalled a text.

Kate: What are you wearing? [; x

Me: God, I don't know! You? :) x

Hailey: Surprise ;) x

I sighed, and continued to route through my wardrobe. I actually decided to step into my walk-in mirrored closet. My fingers groped some silky material and I yanked it – gently enough so as not to tear it – and walked backwards out. I gasped when I saw what I was holding. I'd been looking for that for ages! It was a turquoise silky top, with white, swirly patterns and it felt like water against my skin. I added white skinny jeans and 'borrowed' some of Mum's small heels.

Then, I drove the distance between the arena and me.

“Hey, babe!” Kate looked fantastic as we took our seats ten rows from the front of the stage. Niall sang Stereo Hearts and throughout the entire concert, my lips were curved into a smile.

And then, I don't know how he managed to, but Niall's blue, glassy eyes met mine, and he faltered. Confusion fluttered through my mind.

The concert ended after they sang Save You Tonight.

“Let's go!” I said brightly, still on a high. I flipped my sunglasses down, even though the dusk was falling.

I couldn't see properly, I was laughing and talking so hard with Kate. We were so happy! Then – BAM. Collision of heads. Of my head and some blonde guy's to be exact. I couldn't see the guy because my eyes watered and my head felt like I'd just split it in two.
