Chapter 47

Princess's POV:

Months went by fast, it was August now almost time for us to attend college. Jay, Crystal, Anthony, Kayla, and I decided to go to the same high school. Were going to Chicago State University, in Chicago, IL. When we saw that we all were accepted it was like faith, because I do not know how I would have managed without them.

Jayceon is going to leave things with the trap to Lucas, and Tarell for awhile. I am completely fine with that because, I do not want him distracted by the foolishness in NJ.

I think the school is perfect for the both of us. I know he doesn't want to be selling drugs his whole life but while he is in Chicago he's going to take care of the trap he has there with Anthony.

I tried to tell him he can get a job like regular people, he just answered with " I'm not regular baby". Me on the other hand, I want to major in pre-med so I can become a doctor, but if that didn't work I had a passion for makeup, and doing hair.   

I was moving into my dorm in two days, so I was trying to spend as much time with my mom as possible, before leaving.

I was currently on the couch with her eating Peach Cobbler, just talking about life.

"So how are you going to manage your relationship, and school? I was once a young woman once I know how it is to get tempted by being in a dorm, being able to have anyone over at anytime, parties, drinking, and sex. Then you have hangovers, you have to deal with school early in the morning, and a relationship with my son in law".

I never thought about that, I knew it would be challenging but I know I got this.

"I'm going to do what I have been doing. I drink, have sex, deal with school. Now I just have Jay by my side in a different way. I know he would tell me to stop playing, and pay attention to my work if anything. I don't think that will be necessary though," I said, before taking another bite of peach cobbler.

     She smiled, and nodded. After a while we started watching the show 'Claws' on TNT.

Two Days Later-

I woke up early to catch the plane. It is currently 5 am, and the plane boards at 8. I took a quick shower, and put on some Nike shorts that are black, and white. A white t-shirt, and some black, and white roshes. I left my hair curly, and didn't bother on putting anything on my face besides face lotion, and chap stick for my lips.

I went downstairs to see my mom in the kitchen cooking, I smiled and went up to her giving her a long hug. While we were eating we kept saying " I love you" like it was going to be the last time we see each other. It was understandable, because even though my mom is always out we have never been this far apart. I would visit her from time to time , and so would she.

I decided to text Jay since he wanted to pick me up.

Me: Baby I'm ready

I continued eating until I got the text that he was outside, and coming in. I heard the door close, and he went straight to my mom while she said " aww if it isn't my son-in-law" which made us all laugh. He came over to me, and I pecked his lips.

He looked at me like I was crazy, and I rolled my eyes smiling already knowing he wasn't satisfied with the peck I gave him. My mom smiled picking up her plate, going in the kitchen to clean it. I waited until she was gone, and got up, getting on my tippy toes to kiss him.

I slipped my tongue in his mouth, and we stayed kissing for a few until we ran out of breath. He pulled away, and grabbed my ass.

"Who told you to wear these short ass shorts" he said low making his voice deep. " Me nigga" I said smiling. He mean mugged me, and I just laughed. " Don't get smart" he said.

I laughed lowly then asked him if he wanted pancakes, he declined, saying he ate already, and that we had to go.

After about ten minutes, we finally got in the car. I was texting Crystal, and Kayla on the way to the airport. Kayla was coming with Lucas, and Anthony, with Crystal.

I knew Kayla, and Lucas would visit each other every weekend which would be a lot of money for fucking planes, but I knew it was going to last for them.

 A Few Hours LATER-

We landed about a hour ago, and we just finished getting a tour of the school. Crystal, and I was sharing a dorm to have the campus life experience. While it was the same for Anthony, and Jayceon, but Kayla on the other hand got a apartment so she would be meeting us later.

Classes don't start for a while, so we would just be settling in for a while, and being the tourist that we are.

While everyone was unpacking I decided to go to the vending machine outside in the hallway where it was crowded. I put in a dollar, and waited for my Pepsi to come out. When it did I turned around, and bumped into a masculine figure, making the soda drop out of my hand.

He bent down, and picked up the soda.

I locked eyes with him, and I stared at his eyes for a few seconds getting lost. I shifted my eyes to look at his face, and he was fine as fuck. He stared at me for a while, licking his lips making me melt inside.

" My bad beautiful, " he said making me blush.

" It's okay it was fifty percent my fault too. Thank you for picking it up though" I said.

He smiled showing his beautiful teeth, and a jaw dropping smile.

" No problem, I'll see you around, " he said before walking away.

Damn... 'I didn't even get his name was all I thought for the rest of the day'
