Alexandrea's POV:

I wake up to the smell of chocolate cake and fried eggs, weird, I also heard some voices. I open my eyes to find I'm in an unfamiliar room. I don't remember what happened yesterday but I guess we're at our condo.

I look around to find that my bags aren't in here so I'll have to just re-wear these clothes until I find where my parents put my bags. I walk down the stairs cautiously only to be met with 7 familiar faces from one of my favorite movies and to be flooded with memories from last night.

All the boys are just standing there shocked when Dally walks over and puts his arm around me.

"You finally land you a girl Pony?" He asks.
"Leave her alone Dal." Johnny speaks up. Dally just stays there.
"Oh yeah and who's gonna make me?" He asks.
"Get your arm off of me or you'll lose it Dallas Winston!" I say as I twist his arm behind him using a move I learned in Karate. Then I gave him a little shove forward. He just glared at me and stood there. All the guys burst out laughing. So Dally just walked out and slammed the door.

"Well now that you know Dally, it's time I introduce you to everyone else that you don't already know from last night." Soda said.

"I already know everyone, you're Soda, that's Darry, Ponyboy, Johnny, Two-bit, And Steve." I say, pointing to each one, they all look shocked.
"Now I know I've never met you before!" Steve argues.
"Maybe she's a time traveler. hahaha!" Two it jokes. This makes every one but me laugh.
"Two-bit, what would make you say a thing like that?" Darry asks.

"Well just look at her weird clothes, strange car, and y'all told us how she just appeared out of nowhere! Besides I was just joking, I know she ain't from the future!" I just stare at my shoes.
"Soda showed me your car, what type is it anyways? I never seen a thing like it." Steve says.

"It's DeLorean, they haven't been released yet, my dads one of the designers and let me test ride it and he'll kill me if it's broke." I never lie but what else was I supposed to tell them, that I'm from the future? No way.

"Anyways it's time for me and Steve to get to work and you're coming with us so we can fix up your fancy Delora-whatever." Soda speaks up grabbing my wrist and dragging me out the door.

Steve, Soda, and I all work together pushing the DeLorean to the DX gas station where Steve and Soda work. Once we get the car into the garage, the boys open the store and re-stock shelves before starting to work.

A few hours later Soda and I were in the garage while Steve was at the cash register.
"Yep, you were right, Johnny's blade punctured the fuel line. How did you know it was the fuel line?" Soda states.
"I have a little experience with cars." I replied, it was true I used to help my dad work on cars all the time, he really did work at a garage, he just didn't design cars.

"But your a girl!" Soda replies.
"So? Girls can do anything boys can do!" I say back.
"No they can't, not everything anyways. Do you know how to change a flat tire? Or how to play base ball? Or how about how to defend yourself in a fight? Huh, can you do that?" He argues. What he doesn't know is that I'm on my school's base ball team and I've taken Karate since I was 7.

"I can do all of those things and more!" I state as if it's no big deal.
"How?" Soda asks dumbfounded.
"Like you, but better!" I say crossing my arms and smirking. Soda just stands up and walks over and stand inches away from me a little to close for comfort.
"Oh yeah, prove it!" He says and he turn and leans to the side and picks up a base ball and a bat that were on a shelf.
"I will!" I grab the bat from him.

"Our shifts over anyway, I'll try and fix your DeLora-whatchamacallit tomorrow. Hey Steve close up, we're going to the lot!" Soda yelled as he grabbed the bat back from me.

After the boys finished closing the DX, we walked to the lot.
At the lot, Soda handed me back the bat and threw me a pitch. I hit the ball clear to the other end of the lot.

"Woah! How did you hit a homer?" Steve asked in awe as Soda just stared at me.
"Like I said earlier, girls can do anything boys can do, I'm on my schools base ball team."
"How did you get on a team, I mean your good, but they don't let girls on teams." This shocks me, I guess I forgot what time period I'm in.
"I actually disguise myself as a boy for all the games and practices so I can play." I lied. I hate lying.

"So did you fix the car?" Steve asks Soda changing the subject.
"No. I was busy on a socs car that they left here yesterday, I'll try to fix it tomorrow." Soda replied.
"Ok, and then I can show you how to change a tire!" I speak up before we leave the lot to go back to the Curtis household.
