Okay, I'm going to ditch the accent. It's getting in the way. Also, I'm on a roll~ I just love writing XD
Yeah, Bernard was evil, but that didn't mean he didn't feel sympathy.
Even if it was only a little.
Scratch that. He barely had any.
But, to be fair, he didn't expect to walk in on Kuro hyperventilating.
He had only come to check if they boy was awake, and maybe tease him a little, but he didn't expect this.
Kuro's red, threatening, eyes were wide with what seemed to be fear. Or pain.
Or both.
His breath was fast and shallow, and he was desperately thrashing around in his chains, which was causing his wrists to bleed.
He didn't appear to see Bernard over his frantic screaming in a mix of Japanese and English.
"Īe! Īe! Anata wa naniwoshita?! Hikari! Where are you?! Light?!" Kuro wailed.
Bernard sighed loudly, causing Kuro to snap to attention.
"You! What did you do?! Where is he?! Why can't I feel him!?" Kuro howled at the Swede, struggling even more.
Bernard sighed and went up to the prisoner.
"Stop struggling!" He ordered with a cheerful smile.
Kuro just snarled and thrashed more.
"I Said Stop." Bernard snarled, hurling his fist into the other's exposed stomach.
There was a crack and Kuro stopped struggling to cough, a drop of blood dribbling down his chin.
"Good boy!" Bernard beamed, moving away.
"Now, I don't know who light is, but I assume you mean Kiku right? Well, he isn't coming back anytime soon, so don't worry!"
Kuro spit the blood out of his mouth and glared silently.
"What did you do to him?" Kuro snarled.
Bernard giggled. "We went to play a game! Don't worry, he's not dead! Yet. Unless Ivan and Francis can't find him in time."
Kuro growled lowly.
Bernard giggled once more and tilted the Jap's chin up with two fingers.
"Don't worry. He has the lowest chance of dying out of the four I took away. Now, be a good boy and listen next time I tell you to do something. It might save his life, yes?"
Bernard beamed at Kuro's shocked expression before he turned and skipped out of the room.
This is going to be fun.

Vash leaned his head against the wall behind him. He heard shouting from the right of him, along with the sound of chains. Finally, everything went silent, until a door slammed.
Oh crap, now he heard footsteps.
He pressed himself farther into the wall. Suddenly, he felt sick.
What was he doing?! He was acting so weak! He needed to be strong! For Lili and anyone who might have been taken after he appeared here. He knew it was highly likely.
But still, he couldn't stop himself from shrinking back when his door slammed open.
He closed his eyes tightly. He didn't want to see.
"Aww, are you scared? Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you!"
He opened his eyes slowly to meet with blood red ones.
"Much."
He knew it was to good to be true.
Shakily, he glared at the tall 2p Sweden.
"Okay, now listen up. If you ever want to see your sister again, your going to be a good little dog. Okay?"
Vash weighed his options carefully.
It was his choice.
Listen and learn alot about what's going on, plus keeping yourself and your sister alive, or deny and (assume) you get beaten to death before they go after your sister.
Oh god this was humiliating.
Slowly, he nodded.
The Swede brightened instantly. "Great! This will work then! Now, your first task is to play with me!"
The Swede brought a knife out, grinning.
Vash closed his eyes again. Bad idea, bad idea, bad idea.
Then, everything holding him up crashed down. Literally, his chains fell off.
Opening his eyes, he saw Bernard had cut the chains, leaving a metal strap around both his wrists.
"Okay then, our first game is hide and seek! You hide, and if I find you, I hurt you!"
Ohhhh crap.

The meeting had just ended when François burst in.
This was a surprise, as nobody had seen him since Kuro and the others had been taken.
He glared at everyone, before turning to Oliver.
"Where is he?." He asked, though it sounded like a demand.
"Who?" Oliver asked shakily.
"Francis. Why can't I feel him?! What did you do?!" François roared, stepping forward threateningly.
Allen stepped in front of Oliver, like to protect him.
"Woah, chill. The Bernard guy took him away."
The France copy snarled and threw himself at Allen, causing them both to tumble.
"Liar! If he was either in this or the 1p world I would still feel him! Why can't I feel him!?"
Matt came over and grabbed the French, holding the other's hand behind his back.
Allen groaned and stood, rubbing his head.
Oliver shook his head frantically.
"It's the truth! We lost Francis, Kiku, Alfred, and Ivan to Bernard earlier today."
François had sighed half growled, kicking Matt off him.
"Fine. How can we get them back?"
"Well, you can start by finding out where they are."
Everyone turned towards the door, surprised by the Italian accent lacing those vicious words.
Luciano was back.
Filler chappie, but it's really important, in a way.
Īe! Īe! Anata wa naniwoshita? ! Hikari! - No! No! What did you do?! Light!
Fun fact of the day (plus a headcanon)>>
Every year, 5,000 Swiss each year seriously hurt themselves by falling off chairs or stabbing themselves with cutlery. Austria still doesn't know how Switzerland hurts himself so many times with sporks and the like.
Swiss is clumsy~
