The beast before (Y/n) snapped it's jaws and snarled, but not at (y/n). There was another beast, much larger but that's all the (e/c) eyed human could tell. The smaller of the two was protecting (Y/n), a red sweater ripped and stretched is what the wolf-like being wore oddly enough. The two beasts snarled at eachother, until the other backed away. The wolf clad in red turned to face (Y/n), "Kankri.."
The words left her lips, almost being swept away in the wind, the wolf almost looked ashamed of himself. "You saved my life."
She was breathless, her (e/c) eyes scanning over the beast. "You are so beautiful."
The wolf would have blushed, but his gaze stayed on the girl he loved. She stared back, breathless. It all added up, why Kankri would never stay out late. "Come home Kankri, you don't have to hide from me anymore."
Kankri mentally debated if he should go with (Y/n). A howl broke thw silence and another wolf appeared, it had similar burning red eyes to Kankri's. Kankri turned to the other, then back to (Y/n). "I understand."
She was teary eyed but knew she would see him again. "You Vantas' always have somewhere to be."
Kankri pressed his cold nose to (Y/n)s forehead and ran off with the other wolf. (Y/n) smiled softly and watched them go.
