Your P.O.V.

You adjusted your cell phone on your ear as you laid down on your bed, your items already moved out of the way so there was room for you to be on. You were eager to talk to Cry again, but you were also nervous. Nervous that he had given you the wrong number, nervous that he wouldn't pick up, nervous that you could fuck up this entire relationship with just a few words. As the phone rang for a little while, you were absolutely choking on your nervousness, before it finally clicked, marking that the person on the other side had picked up.

"What's up?" Cry said as he picked up the phone, his voice seemingly distracted, like he was doing something else while he was on the phone with you. It seemed like a bad start to their relationship, but I guess he couldn't help himself, could he?

You took a deep breath, leveling your voice out so you sounded casual by the very least. "Hey, uhm, Cry, right?" you asked, attempting to make sure it was the real Cry. "It's, uhm, me. [Y/N], from Gamestop." Even if you thought your voice seemed confident, it was honestly soft and quiet, like someone who was nervous. Oh wait, you were nervous.

Cry perked up as you said your name, making you smile at his joyfulness, giving you a sigh of relief. "Hey, [Y/N]!" he said. "What's up, gurl?" You laughed a bit at his question, making you ponder what he was doing. Since you were doing absolute friggin' nothing, you told him so. "Oh, well, that must suck. No plans for the pretty girl on a Friday night."

You blushed deeply, biting your lip. He seemed to love giving you compliments, which you didn't mind, since it continued to boost your self-confidence, something that you dearly needed. "Well, enough about my sad, boring, pathetic Friday night," you said. "What about you?"

Cry seemed to shrug over the phone, giving him a few seconds to answer. "Nothing really, just hanging out with A.K.," he stated, making you laugh. He pouted in return, making you grin widely. "What is so funny, Miss!?" he asked, his voice rising a bit.

"And I thought I had a loner life," you joked. "It seems like you are the one with a loner life!" He fake gasped through the phone, pretending to be offended at your "insult." You knew he was joking, since he was the type to play around a bit with jokes, and he never took them too seriously, which was good on both of your parts.

"Hey!" he said, acting offended. "A.K. actually is much better company than any mortal I have met!" You laughed, shaking your head at him. "Well, except for a few people..." he added in, making you smile. You knew what he meant, since he had multiple Internet friends that kept him busy throughout his free-time.

You both began laughing, probably harder than you ever had in a long time. You laughed until tears of joy flooded down your face, giving you a boost in your self-confidence. Cry took a breath, still laughing a bit as he attempted to ask you something else. "So... Any reason you called me, besides being a loner like myself?" he asked through laughter fits.

It took you a bit to reply, since your laughter was far from over. Slowly, the laughter died down, letting you breath in fresh air to catch your breath. "Boredom, mainly," you explained. "Plus, you said I could call whenever so..."

"No, it's quite alright," he said. Every time he said that, you always felt relieved that he didn't think you were some crazed-fan or something of the sorts. "Anyways, since we are both loners tonight, do you think you're able to come over and play video games?" he asked suddenly, making your eyes widen in shock.

"Uhm... W-What?" you stuttered, biting your lip. "C-Could you repeat yourself?" you asked him softly, your nervousness already choking you like a chain around your neck. Did he just...? No, he has to be joking... Cry couldn't really want me to---

"Did I fucking stutter?" he asked, his voice serious and monotone. You suddenly realized that he was serious about you coming over. You blinked quickly, trying to analyze what he was saying. "I said," he repeated. "Do you think you're able to come over and play video games? I can pick you up, if you'd prefer..."

You quickly nodded your head, sitting straight up, a huge grin on your face. "Yes, of course! I can definitely come over. I just need a ride, my car is in the shop..." you mumbled softly. He seemed to be content with picking you up, since he asked for your address, which you easily gave him. He told you that he would be over in an hour or so, saying his goodbyes before hanging up.

After he hung up, your smile got wider and wider, until it hurt yet you couldn't stop yourself. You were going over to the ChaoticMonki's house, and you could not wait to go over to his house. Not even for a moment.
