Derek: You guys basically had your first date the day you met.

Mark: during one of your arguments he let it slip how he truly felt. You kissed him and then after you two kissed you laid your forehead on his and he asked you the question you've been waiting for since you met Mark Sloan.

George: You agreed to go out with him when he saved your life so basically you asked 'how can I repay you?' He said, 'I will take date.'

Alex: You were stressing over the boards coming up and Alex was there helping you study every single day. Then one day he didn't show up you were pretty scared. Then you got a page. You ran straight into ER. Thanks to the studying you immediately diagnosed a little girl and saved her life in the OR. Alex showed up shortly after and told you what a great job you did. You asked him out because of how happy you were and to you surprise he said yes.

Jackson: you were so afraid that you loose your job when Seattle grace and mercy west merged. He calmed you down by suggesting you and a 'few others' go grab a drink. However when you showed up it was just you, him, and a candle lite dinner.

Owen: when he saw you he immediately asked you out and you asked him why it took so long.
