How you met

Derek: at a bar. It was a long day after work due to you finding your cheating ex was your new boss. While guzzling down shot after shot an attractive guy sits next to you and notices the many shot glasses. You two end up in a conversation about cheating exs and ways to get over them.

Mark: you are Derek's cousin and you spent a lot of time with them seeing as you all are the same age. You and Mark argue a lot but deep down you both love argueing with one another.

George: you met because you were a patient at the hospital. Thanks to him you didn't die so you owed him your life. All he wanted was a date.

Alex: you are a new surgeon and you are on his service. You two go the whole day together and he's impressed by how well you listen. He's convinced that you will do great in peds and you may just stick around.

Jackson: you two met at mercy-west. You two were both new interns and hit it off immediately.

Owen: you used to be a trauma surgeon with Owen but the two of you lost contact. Then one faithful day you started your new job and poof you were reunited with someone you considered your best friend.
