Tao's Mom: son, I've never been ever so proud.

Tao: what do you mean mom?

Tao's Mom: you've finally found the one of your dreams.

Tao: are you saying it was all a test?

Tao's Mom: well (YourName) is willing to do anything as long as you're happy and as long as its a benefit for you. All she wants is best for you. That's true love

Tao: but if she didn't try to leave, it'll show that she loves me and doesn't care about anything else.

Tao's Mom: it shows that she really loves you but it's a little selfish don't you think? Trying to be with you and ruin you're family background. A family background is important, many people judge for that.

Tao: I don't care about that though. I don't care how others see me as. As long as I know (YourName) loves me.

Tao's Mom: heh well go on now, find her and spend time with her. You better now come home for dinner today because I'm not making your share. Because you must go eat dinner with (YourName). Now don't bother me, goo

~My Point of View~

I hear someone knocking at my door, wondering why they are looking for me at this time. I open the door to see someone I didn't really expect. Tao.

Me: Tao! What are you doing here?

Tao: Wanna go out to eat dinner with me?

Me: Tao! Shhh! Your mom might be hiding anywhere, watching you!

I hear Tao laugh, I don't know why? What's so funny? Did I say something wrong?

Tao: my mom doesn't care. It was all a test

Me: what do you mean?

Tao: my mom won't let me eat at home because she wants me to take you out for dinner. If you don't go with me, I'll be starving for the night.

Me: I thought I'll ruin your family background.

Tao: i said it was a test, my mom knows how much you love me. She even said she was proud of me because I've found such a beautiful girl, which is you.

Me: I don't get it.

Tao: you know how you tried to leave?

Me: yea

Tao: it showed my mom how much you loved me, how much you don't want to ruin my family background or my life, how you only care that as long as i'll be happy, you'd do anything.

Me: Ohh

Tao: and even though, I don't care about whatever family background, because I don't need to know how others think of me, whether good or bad, because I have you. I have you, and that's enough, that's all that I need. Because you already make me feel like the king of the world. I'm the happiest person ever to be with you.

Me: awe that's the sweetest thing I've ever heard in centuries! Thank you so much for making me feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

Tao: I love you.

Me: I love you too

Tao: so are you going to go with me to eat dinner? Or are you going to leave me starving tonight?

Me: hmm I want to cook for you

Tao: that's even better than going to any fancy restaurant if the food was made by you!

Me: awe don't say that, I cook terribly.

Tao: I don't believe it

Me: you'll find out when you try it

Tao: what are you going to make?

Me: hmm any suggestions of what you want to eat today?

Tao: you pick, surprise me.

Me: okay

~In My Head:

Hmm what should I make? Pork with broccoli? We should get vegetables..

Me: do you want vegetables?

Tao: of course. Hmm don't you think we'd make a good family? We are so healthy. When we have a kid, we'll do great! The best dad and mom ever

Me: hold on there. I didn't know you like kids!

Tao: of course I do! They're just as adorable as you!

Me: would you prefer a son or daughter?

Tao: both. Hmm should we make names yet?

Me: not too fast there, we've only just started dating!

Tao: well it seems like we've been dating for already years because of all the things we've been through.

Me: well it is about a year and a half that we've been going on and off.

Tao: I see you keeping count, only shows one thing. How much you love me and how special I am to you.

Me: I admit you are very special to me, my world to be honest.

Tao: I love you. Do you need help with the cooking?

Me: no it's okay, I'm almost done anyways. In about five minutes we can eat.

Tao: do you want to watch a movie and cuddle after?

Me: hmm sure

After five minutes, we eat and talk. How long I've been waiting for this moment. For Tao and I to be finally together. Just him and I, no one else. No one to disturb us. I feel so lucky. I feel like after all the pain I've been through before is worth it to be here right at this moment with Tao.
