"You make me want to commit murder, I swear to god," I hissed, rolling away from Jason as he tried to latch onto me and pull me back into him. He whined like a child, pouting playfully.
"Murder?" He asked innocently, "whys that love?"
"Because you sleep like a fucking koala bear! You're like a fucking heater, I can't take it!" I cried, lazily pushing the heavy blanket off of me. Jason chuckled at my melodramatic tendencies before pulling the blanket off of my completely. I welcomed the cool air, finally able to get comfortable.
Jason went to cuddle back into me but I stopped him, pushing him away by his forehead with my pointer finger.
"Oh hell no. You are not getting any closer to me until you are no longer hotter than the god damn sun," I cursed, narrowing my eyes at him. He sighed before complying, shoving the blanket onto the floor and pulling me into his shirtless chest.
I got comfortable, huddling into him, and relaxed as his skin warmed me. Jason might still be warm, but he was already considerably less hot than before.
Jason absentmindedly rubbed circled into my back with his thumb, both of our eyes closed as we tried to get some sleep.
"Maddie?" Jay mumbled tiredly. I hummed in response, shifting my head down.
"I think I might be falling in love with you."
"I think I might already have," I whispered before letting myself fall asleep.I was woken up by a bright flash, and the sound of a large thump as something fell to the ground.
I groaned, not liking how this was the second time I was woken up way before I would normally be getting up.
Yawning I opened my eyes, watching as Cheryl smirked triumphantly at Jason, who was laying on the floor. I snorted, rolling over onto my stomach and burying my face in the bed.
"Are you trying to kill yourself? Because if so then you're little too early," Cheryl joked, before sitting down-which I'm assuming was the cause of the bed sinking down a bit.
"It's never too early to die," I muttered, my words mumbled by the bed. I groaned as I was suddenly pushed over, the feminine hands obviously Cheryl's.
Huffing, I looked up at her, not missing her roll her eyes.
"It's already almost four, how are you two sleeping still?" Cheryl asked, judging us.
"Don't judge, Miss 'I-take-pictures-of-people-when-they-sleep'," I sassed, not missing her cheeks heat up.
"I do not!"
"And I haven't kissed your brother," I deadpanned, "I know what the sound of a picture being taken is, you're gonna have to be more sneaky next time."
"Ugh, I simply loathe you," she muttered.
Scoffing, I said, "shut up, you love me. And by the way, why were you taking pictures of us sleeping again?"
"No reason," she said quickly, before practically running out of Jason's bedroom.
I laughed at her antics, peering over the edge at Jason. He was wrapped up in the blanket, and-to the best of his abilities- curled into a ball.
I smirked mischievously, before rolling off the bed and straight onto Jason. Jason let out a cry, my weight startling him awake.
He pushed me off of him slightly, rubbing his eyes tiredly.
"What was that for?" Jason pouted.
"Wake up," I pouted, mocking him.I walked into the bar after sending a text to Jason, taking notice of the multiple eyes that darted to me. I kept my face blank, going straight to my fathers office.
I opened the door without knocking, my eyes growing dark as my father stood up.
He was visibly nervous, and seemingly surprised that I was there.
"Manic," he said, pausing as he tried to find the right words to say.
"FP," I grit out, "I'm here, now what the fuck do you want."
"I want you to hear me out."
"I'm guessing I don't have a choice in the matter, so go right ahead."
"I didn't cheat on her, alright?"
"Then what the fuck did you do," I swore.
"I didn't do anything, your mom assumed things. Everything in that letter that she claims I did never happened," he said, trying to clear his name.
"Oh, so you didn't get fired because Fred had to keep bailing you out of jail and you were more of a hassle than an asset?" I asked, nodding sarcastically.
"You bitch," he snarled, a sign that he had been drinking lately. I scoffed, going to leave when I was suddenly pulled back harshly. I stumbled to the ground, banging my arm on his desk as I went.
I let out a cry, my arm throbbing. Looking up at my father through my tears I watched as his mind finally caught up with his actions, the man stumbling back in shock. He reached forwards as if to help me but recoiled when I flinched.
I pushed myself up, careful of my arm before running past FP and down the stairs that led to his office. The rest of the gang stared in shock as I ran past, clutching my arm and crying.
I ran through the parking lot and got into my car, calling Jason and putting it on speaker before dropping it in my lap and turning the car on.
I steered with my good arm, pulling out of the parking lot like a bat out of hell.
"Manic?" Jason called, worry clear in his voice. I hiccuped, letting out another small cry before answering.
"Yea," I croaked, "change of plans. Can you guys meet me at the hospital instead?"
"The hospital!" Cheryl exclaimed, "what the hell happened, M?"
"I-uh, I think I broke my arm," I whimpered.
"Oh, god," Cheryl gasped.
"We'll meet you there," Jason said, before hanging up.Okay so I'm going Up North for the next five days, and by Up North I mean nine hours away from where I live and in the fucking middle of no where. I don't know if I'll have wifi or not where I'm staying so if I do I'm probably gonna update like how I've been doing it for the past few days since I'm not really doing anything while I'm there other than this craft show thing, and if I don't then I'll probably still write new chapters and just have a mass upload when I get back.
