Chapter 12

Previously on Open Your Heart, Chapter Eleven: We spent the next 15 minutes chasing after each other and just bonding like sisters.

Sinb's POV

It's currently 6 pm which means I still have one hour to get ready. I showered already so what I'm doing right now is doing my makeup. Just the usual makeup I do. I made sure to put on my dress first so the makeup wouldn't smudge. Once I'm finished, I decide to kill time by watching a movie.

The door bell rings right at 7 and I rush downstairs to see Sowon already opening the door. It looks like she's talking to them.

"-take care of her Jungkook"

"I will take care of her and cherish"

I decide to interrupt, this whole conversation seems very awkward. Once I get to the door, I see Jungkook dressed very well. He's wearing a black tuxedo with a white dress and his hair is styled as usual. I can understand why he wanted me to wear black.

He hands me a bouquet of flowers that contain each flower he gave me during last week "You look gorgeous Sinb".

I take the bouquet from his extended hands "Thank you for the compliment and flowers. You look amazing yourself".

He retracts his arms but leaves his hand out for me to take "Shall we?"

"We shall" we walk over to his car and he opens the car door for me.

"So, where are we going?"

"We're going to the crystal ball restaurant"

My eyes widen drastically. The crystal ball restaurant was the most expensive restaurant in Seoul, one dinner could cost you over $300.

I turn to face him as he's driving "Jungkook turn around! It's way too expensive there. I can't have you pay for that".

He continues to keep driving not taking his eyes off the road once, "Calm down baby girl, I have connections, I was able to bargain the price".

We come to a red light and he finally looks at me, he cups my chin and pulls me for a short savory kiss "Let me take care of you". I finally give in and he gives me a quick peck before turning his eyes back to the road, he holds my hand with the hand that was not on the wheel. He really is going all out I thought to myself.

We got to the restaurant in about 15 minutes. It looked elegant and classy from the outside. It was called crystal ball because of the structure which represented crystals. At night water would flow through it and colored lights would flash behind. It was amazing to be able to see it close up for the first time.

Jungkook took my hand and we walked into the restaurant, he guided us to the reservation table "Reservations for Jeon Jungkook".

"Yes sir, please follow me this way" a petite girl took us to a secluded part of the restaurant. A secluded area is even more expensive. Jungkook pulled my seat out and pushed me in like a gentleman.

"So, how do you like it?" he said after taking his own seat.

"It's beautiful, but how can you afford this? I really can't let you pay for me" pleading him to allow me to pay my share.

"Baby girl, I told you I had everything under control. I have more than enough money to take you anywhere. All I ask in return is your love"

I was about to reply but the server came over to take our order. Jungkook ordered a medium rare steak with coleslaw on the side. I ordered a well-done steak and a salad on the side (I legit don't know any expensive dishes. Because I don't go out to eat at expensive restaurants, pray for my uneducated food brain).
