I swung out across the room, the air flying by me. I then unhooked my knees from the trapeze, did a triple backflip, straightened my legs, and landed in a handstand on the balance beam. I walked forwards on my hands, did two front hand springs, and completed an aerial at the end of the balance beam. From there, I did a dive to the fabrics, where I twisted myself in them and flaunted a vertical splits.

From there was the tightrope, on which I gracefully performed a dance routine with a few flips, then did a front flip off of it, onto a ball. I slipped my daggers out of my belt and juggled them while walking backwards. I then caught them, slipped them back in my belt, and readied myself for the finale. I spun, first with my legs bent, then straightened up, one leg back with my back curved backwards, looking at ceiling, and picking up speed. I completed the turn and beautifully finished with a sweeping bow, perfectly balanced on my ball.

Clapping greeted my finished practice. I turned around and flashed a grin at my best friend and adopted brother, Aaron Davids, and his dad, my trainer.

Aaron had silky blond hair, like his dad, but he grew it out so that his bangs hung in his bright blue eyes and his longest hairs just barely brushed his shoulders. He was slim and tall, and I think he has a cute smile, but he'd kill me if I ever told him that.

Instead of majoring as a performer, he usually works with lighting and special effects, and he almost always manages them for my performances.

I hopped off my ball and walked up to Aaron.

"So, how was I?" I asked.

"All I can say is that you're more than ready for the show." Aaron laughed and tousled my hair.

Today is the first performance in our last location of our trip around the world, Tokyo, Japan.

*******The Hitachiin Residence*******

"So, Yuzuha, have you pinned down her location?"

Mrs. Hitachiin swiveled around in her chair and fixed the interrogator with a look. Her husband...

"Look, I know you're eager to adopt a daughter, but still, calm down."

"Well, she is the same age as Hikaru and Kaoru, so she'd have siblings, and the twins might learn to like her."

"You don't even know what she's like," Mrs. Hitachiin sighed. "Well, according to my sources, she was adopted by a ringmaster and is a performer of a circus called Flight. Which is doing a worldwide trip, and is currently performing in..." she typed something in on her keyboard.

"Tokyo, Japan!" Mr. Hitachiin read over her shoulder excitedly. "The opening show is today at 12:30. Look, there's a picture of a girl. That might be her. If we go today, we can look for her."

"Okay, then it's decided. Let's go to the circus!" Mrs. Hitachiin said.

At that moment, the door burst open. Apparently the whole Host Club was at their house, and had heard the plan about going to the circus.

"We want to go too!" They said.

**************Toshirō***************

"Breathe in, breathe out," I muttered to myself. I tugged on the sparkling, gossamer cape that was draped over my costume and attached to my arms.

For the performance, I had on a white halter-top leotard with intricate silver and dark blue embroidery on it. Over it, I wore a pair of white puffy pants with a silver chain belt with dark blue and silver embroidery near the ankles. I had on white ballet slippers with extra traction on the bottoms.

I had twisted my hair into a bun so it would stay out of my face. I tied a reflective silver ribbon around my bun, and I didn't wear any makeup but put some glitter in my hair.

Right now, I'm at the trapeze waiting for the signal. I'll be swinging up high with no net. When I jump down, I'll have to land on the tightropes. They had wooden blocks on them so I could do handstands and balance more easily. There's no room for failure.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! We welcome you to the opening act of our circus, Flight! Please enjoy yourselves to the fullest." James Davids announced. "And now, for the first performer today, who will also be performing a closing act, Toshirō Griffin!"

At the sound of my name, I swung out across the circus.

*********Hikaru and Kaoru***********

"And now, for the first performer today, who will also be performing a closing act, Toshirō Griffin!" The ringmaster announced. Toshirō is a boy's name, so it's probably a guy. That's boring.

At that moment, a dark-haired girl swung out across the circus upside down on a trapeze, her cape flying behind her and shedding sparkles.

The first impact: stunning.

Suddenly, she unhooked her legs and went into a free fall. We heard Honey and Haruhi gasp, and Tamaki squeaked in terror.

The girl showed no fear, even with the ground rushing towards her at breakneck speed. A few people were screaming.

In an instant, she flipped over and landed on a rope so thin, we could barely see it. She then did a handstand, exhibiting perfect balance, holding onto a block that was tied onto the rope.

"Wow! Hey Kyoya, who's she?" Tamaki said, having recovered from his panic attack.

"Toshirō Griffin. Currently fifteen, blood type AB, top performer at the circus. She works with animals and has a pet peregrine falcon named Aki." Kyoya replied. He held up a piece of paper. "It's on the brochure."

**************Toshirō***************

Whew, that was fun! I love acrobatics. But it was still kind of nerve-wracking.

After the closing act, I walked outside with Aki, who did perform, and Aaron to wave to the guests. After taking a few pictures with some kids, I started back towards the circus tent only to be stopped by a middle aged couple with a group of boys tailing them.

I cocked my head.

The lady took a deep breath and said with a smile, "Hello, you must be Toshirō Griffin. I'm Yuzuha Hitachiin. How would you like it if I paid an admission for you into a very prestigious academy?"

Soooooo, any ideas?
