Chapter two. Deal or no Deal

"Sam......... I'm sorry. " Sam instantly recognised the voice as Castiels.

"Just leave me alone Cas!" Sam yelled, his voice muffled by Dean shoulder.

There was silence for a moment then foot steps began to fade away from them to leave Sam back in silence.

He was mad by grief.

You would think after loosing his brothers so many times that it would get old after a while but each time it just made it that much harder. Loosing your brother, the only true family you have left. Sometimes the boys couldn't bare it and thought of suicide when it was getting difficult to get each other back but they never did it so they wouldn't disappoint each other, even in death. They still had hope of getting the other one back.

They never told each other back though they both knew they had thought about it.

Sam sat with Dean for god knows how long, lost in thoughts and plans to get Dean back. It would most likely to make a deal with a demon but that would be difficult because the demons weren't a fan of the Winchesters, ever since they killed one of the big ass demon last month though they've been doing that for a while now.

When Sam surfaced to the real world, the first thing he noticed how bad Dean was starting to stink. In his mind, he imagined Dean still alive, giving him some rude remark, saying how he needed to take a shower but he realised how little it would do at this moment.

He looked around and noticed it was almost dusk.

His stomach growled loudly but he ignored it, just focused on thinking where the best cross roads place was that Bobby and Cas won't point to once they realise what he's doing though they probably already know.

He climbed out of the car, his feet crunch against the dirt and rocks in a soft thud.

Closing the door behind him, he went to Deans impala to get some supplies. The trunk opened with out difficulty as if wanting Sam to bring Dean back so she can have that certain voice to call her Baby.

He opened the secret compartment and got a box filled with the supplies he needed to summon a cross roads demon. He got out one of his fake IDs and sliped it in the box with a sad sigh.

He closed the trunk, box in hand and decided to hot wire Bobby's car.

Unfortunately it was in front of the house where they could clearly see Sam trying to sneak away.

Sam as quietly as he could slipped behind the car, got into the passenger side (wincing when the car door squeezed louder then he wanted it to) and lowered himself so he could start hot wiring the car.

There was a sharp tap on the drivers window, making Sam jump and hit his head on the steering wheel.

Cursing, he looked up to find Cas staring down at him with a hard mask on his face to hide any emotions.

"Sam. Don't don't do this. We all miss him but we don't need to keep sacrificing one another for it. It needs to stop here Sam."

Sam gave Cas a hard look of anger.

"Go to hell Cas. I need my brother."

"No you don't Sam. Let's just talk about this like rational people."
