Even though Killua came to terms with me about catching up today, I forgot to mention that I was scheduled for work this morning, 6:00 a.m., Jesse fed and nurturered until the afternoon. He was drooling today while he slept, his eyes closed as he soundlessly rested. I needed to make him a bed. Or he could sleep with me, maybe.

Once I was sitting at the steps to the door, attempting to place on my converse sneakers, I mentally checked everything to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything. With that, I hoisted myself up, rotating the knob and pushing the door foward, familiar summer heat hits me like revenge.

My eyes immediately tranfer to the white haired shrub, leaning against a wall on my freakin porch! He stands out like a sore thumb, crossing over to my side once he notices my presence. "So I really did find you." Killua mutters, leaning towards me. "And you're still short." He chuckles, his body vibrating.

No, you just grew taller! The words hanged at the tip of my tongue, threatening to spill but instead I replied, "Are you stalking me, Zoldyck?" Surprise leaking from my voice like a broken pipe with water inside.

A pang of humored hurt flashes across his face. "No, I just wanted to make sure it was really you yesterday. . ." he trails on, his his gaze wavers into a distant and far away place that I can't reach. "That I didn't make it up."

I perk a questioning eyebrow. Did he sleep here? His spiky, snow white hair was rumaged, but he was wearing different clothes including a black tank with ripped jeans and baseball cap embroidered with the HXH logo, shadowing his features.

I had a difficult time focusing on his face when the muscles in his arms were out in the open, flexing, begging for my undivited attention, his baring chest shockingly caressed by the fabric of his shirt.

Gulping down my tempting thoughts, I shrugged with indifference, silencing the screaming of my howling wolves. "If you haven't noticed my uniform yet, I have to leave for work. I can meet you after my shift?" I suggest, staring at him staring at me and then scanning me from head to toe.

His head tilted the way Jesse's did once he realized I hadn't actually tossed the tenis ball. "Apaer Elite?" The name seemed to tip him off, confusing the ex-assassin's lights until he stopped trying to figure out its meaning.

"Apear is the name of my boss." I explained, making my way to Reggie with Killua trailing my heel in a heep of a rush. He was like an eager puppy himself, playful and jumpy.

"Oh."

I jumped inside the vehicle, inclining my head with a wide grin, "You coming?"

His lips curved, walking around the car and taking the seat besides me. "Let's stop by a gas station, I'm feeling it for chocolate right now."

When are you not?

After Killua bought a dozen or so chocolate snacks including robots, donuts, cookies, and a Mocha coffee, we were back in the car, as I raised the volume to the top pop hits radio, murmuring the lyrics.

Normal P.O.V.

When Y/N wasn't paying attention, Killua stole glimpses of the girl holding the wheel, admiring from a distance as she worded the lyrics. He couldn't help but release a solid grin.

Y/N's P.O.V.

We breezed through green lights, turns, finally finding a parking spot when we arrived. "Jesus, Killua, you're literally devouring those poor sweets!" I glare at him, chocolate stains splattered around the corners of his mouth. He looked so cute, like a little boy, and I swear I would pinch his cheeks if I wasn't five minutes late already.
