Chapter 3
I wake up this morning with a pounding headache. And a wet face. I sat up in bed until I remember what happened yesterday, and the tears start to fall again.
I go to the bathroom and swallow an aspirin dry, taking in my ugly face in the mirror. I dip my head down to the sink and splash water on my face, hoping to make my eyes less red.
I pad downstairs to the kitchen, hoping to be alone. Instead I find Dana, making himself breakfast. I sigh inwardly to myself as I grab a cereal bowl.
"Did you sleep well?" His voice breaks through the air, making me jump the tiniest bit.
I ignore him.
"Today I'm going out. Wanna come?"
I continue to pour milk and cereal in my bowl.
"We can get ice cream, just talk,"
I put the milk in the fridge and stare at the stainless steel. "No thanks," I say, grabbing my bowl and a spoon and head back upstairs.
A/N: Haha no a/n tonight, I don't really know what to say about this chapter so hope you enjoyed! Okay, I guess this is getting pretty weird bye! Ps. I'm sorry it's short filler chapters aren't really my strong suit I just wanted to move the story along so.
In my memory, all the small things, like daggers in my mind, in my memory, while my head bleeds, the words I'll never find, that I always meant to say to you I can't, cause you turned your face, and now I can't feel you anymore, turn your face, so now I can't see you anymore, walk away until you're not standing at my door
