She was terrified.
After watching three horror movies in a row, and she couldn't even close her eyes without feeling paranoid. She had always disliked horror movies for that very reason. Her nightmares would be filled of those scenes and her in them.
"I hate you so much," she whispered with her hands over her face. "I hate you so much."
He chuckled and pulled her close to his chest. "If you want, I'll stay here with you until you fall asleep. You won't get any nightmares if I'm here to protect you."
"Really?"
"Of course. Isn't that what friends slash tutors are for?" He winked.
