Gray drove Kiera to school even though she refused many times. He had to drag her into his car to get her to leave her house. The scratches and light bite marks were evidence.
Kiera didn't feel comfortable walking into school with Gray. She knew all the attention he had on him would reflect on her. It was unsettling to know what they would say about her. He held her hand, squeezing it in support.
"Wow, she's so pretty, why haven't we seen her much around here?"
"Dude, look at her. Only Gray could get a girl as hot as her."
"She's so ugly. I don't know what he sees in her."
"I've heard stuff about her, I think. Kiera Jonson? Slut."
Kiera couldn't take it anymore, so she ripped her hand out of Gray's and stormed off into the girls' bathroom.
