Gray whisked Kiera off to the mall. She was trying out dresses that she and Gray found cute.
Kiera came out of the changing room feeling down. "This isn't going to work. I can't find anything good to wear!" she exasperated.
He placed his hand on her arm. "It'll be fine. You'll find something. Maybe I shouldn't be shopping with you. Maybe the whole 'date isn't supposed to see your dress until the dance' thing is real, and we're being cursed."
She smiled. "Come on, let's go before we're cursed so bad, the only good thing I'll be able to wear is a trash bag."
