Bethany's POV

When he said those words I felt my heart break into thousands of tiny pieces. How can he do this to me. Does he know how much this hurts, How much its killing me? "No no no!!! You can do this!!" I screamed as he was walking away. He didn't even turn around.. "Logan!! Come back.." I screamed but ended up whispering the ending because he had gone inside already. I dropped to the ground and started cry even more. Why did he reject me..? Why me? I covered my face with my hands and kept crying. I heard foot steps coming my way and quickly lift my head hoping it was logan. But when I lifted up my head I realized it was only Kevin with worried eyes. He came over to me and crouch down and reaching over to wipe my tears away. "So umm you guys..." He started to say but I cut him off. "Kevin he rejected me!! My mate rejected me!" I said as I threw myself at him and cried on him. I felt him tense up and then quickly relaxed. He wrapped his arms around me as I hugged him tighter. "Come on let's go inside so you can get you stuff and go home." Kevin said as he slowly stood up and helped me walk inside. When we got into the store Brenda and Erica had some worried faces and seemed like the wanted to say something but I was to hurt to explain so I kept walking passed them. I walked into the back room to take off my vest and name tag and grabbed my stuff and walked back out. I was looking for my keys but I couldn't see because of all the tears. I couldn't see anything at all and didn't notice I was shaking. "Fucking shit!!" I mumbled as my purse dropped to the floor. "You can't drive like that. Its not safe for you to be driving." Kevin said as he helped me get my stuff off the floor. "No I'm fine." I said as I tried leaving but Kevin grabbed my arm stopping me from going anywhere. "I'm taking you home Brenda and Erica can take care of the store till I come back right girls?" He said looking at them and they both looked at me with sad eyes and nodded. "Fine." I said as I yanked my arm away from Kevin and started walking to my car. As we got near my car I unlocked it and threw the keys to Kevin. I quickly got in and put my seatbelt on. Kevin quickly did the same and drove off to my house. After around 10 minutes of awkward silence we finally  got to the house. He parked into my parking lot and gave me the keys back. "Wait how are you going to get there?" I said when he gave me the keys. "I'll run over there it won't take me more than 10 minutes." He said as he came closer to me. "I hope you get better. I'll come visit you later on alright?" He said as he wrapped his hands around me. I just nodded and started crying again. He let go of me and picked up my chin so I could look up at him. He tensed up, I knew he hated seeing me cry. He slowly leaned towards me I closed my eyes and suddenly felt his warm lips on my forehead. He stepped back and gave me a small smile. "Get some sleep princess." He said as I nodded and watched him leave. I walked into the house and upstairs into my room and I got some baggy sweatpants and a T-shirt and took a quick warm shower. I go out and sat down by my window leading to my balcony and just watched the woods hoping to see the black wolf that stole my heart but it was pointless. I got up and grabbed a tissue and wiped the tears that were falling like waterfalls. I grabbed my head phones and put my music on blast and eventually fell asleep.
