It is a beautiful morning. Noor is watching the sunrise from her room's window. Calmness spread across her face. For a moment she thought, she is ready to face this day.
But how can she deny the fact that she is scarred of meeting people? How can she deny the fact that when people stare at her she has a urge to hide herself.
Though she was excited to start her life in college, yet she was scared that the same things didn't happen in her college life.
High School wasn't great for her. It taught her so many lessons about life that she was way more mature just at the age of 18.
It is 3rd August 2015, and today is her orientation day at the college. Noor don't know what will happen in college but she knows only one thing, freedom. She will be free to do whatever she wanted to do. To explore the city. To be independent.
Noor got out from the bed, took a bath, washed her hair and wore her new formals.
Because she is a Management student, she has to wear formals on her first day at college. With a black shirt which have white flowers over it, black pants and black bellies. She looked herself in the mirror 'not too over and not too simple.' She thought. Noor always select clothes according to her mom's choice. She loves her mom's choices in clothes. But Noor enjoys purchasing bags with her own choice, which she is really proud of. Her new bag is in beige colour with long straps and it has a traditional design. Traditional yet modern.
She drank her coffee nervously. Said goodbye to her mom and her dog. She always says bye to her dog. Her father was outside waiting for her. Though, she really don't want her father to drop her to the college but she couldn't argue. She respects her Dad's decision.
She moved out of the house. Sat in the car. And was ready to face this big day.
