Rose sat in her english class, still thinking about everything. She frowned as she stared out into space.

How would she end things with Esai? She didn't want to, God she didn't want to. It was either choose her family, or her first love. Though, her first love isn't only part of one the sons rivalry gangs, but the son of the president. And the fact that the newbie Mayans at school were watching out for her? As much as she appreciated it, the only way to get rid of them is by being harsh.

The Ariana problem, is barely a problem. Almost opposite as the Esai situation. She is using 'kill them with kindness' and taking it seriously. Being a superior in the town, and at school, gives Rose plenty of leverage to get rid of her attitude towards her.

The hard thing was keeping everything to herself. Sure, she had Brea. If she didn't have Brea, her stubborn self would still believe her and Esai could work.

"Rose Teller." The teacher hissed, trying to get her attention, earning a scoff from Rose.

"Morrow. It's, uhm, Morrow." Rose scrunched your face up and looked at her.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Rose Morrow, what is your analogy on Romeo and Juliet?" She asked.

"I think they were doomed once they laid eyes on each other." Rose answered simply.

"And why is that?" She asked.

"They both knew they were descendants of rivalries but still went through with the relationship." Rose shrugged.

"Thank you, Miss T—, Morrow." She grinned nervously before calling on someone else.

Once the bell rang, her teacher stopped her.

"Rose, I'm sorry you just look—" She started. Rose wasn't listening.

"It's fine." Rose mumbled as she headed towards the parking lot.

"Where are you going?" She heard the same voice from yesterday ask.

"None of your business." Rose said before turning around. "Didn't I tell you to fuck off?"

"Still on Esai's orders." He shrugged.

"Well now, you're a deadman," Rose shrugged, putting her hands up in defense.

"Yeah, okay princess. I'll leave you alone for now." He chuckled. Rose stepped forward to him, slapping him quickly. "Tell Esai, that him and I, are over."

"Is it because of me?—"

"No. No, it's not." Rose said before walking away, trying not to cry. As she sped walk into the main hallway, she saw Ariana.

"Are you okay?" She frowned, making Rose frown as well. Who knew she actually had a heart.

"Yeah." Rose said, quickly wiping away a single tear streaming down her face, and continued walking to the doors.
