"So? What happened to your twin?" She asked as she handed me a glass of water.

This is safe right? She didn't put anything in it, right?

"Like I said. I don't use poison to kill people! If you don't want a drink then nevermind." Sabi niya at akmang kukunin yung baso

Kinuha ko naman yun kaagad bago niya makuha at ininom. After that, huminga ako ng malalim.

"When Neo went to the council, he didn't came back. He wasn't answering his phone so we decided to look for him. And when I finally did, I saw him lying down on the woods, poisoned. I kept on thinking who did that to him..."

"And the first person that came into your mind, was me." Pagpapatuloy niya sa sinabi ko.

Nakokonsensya tuloy ako ngayon. Napagbintangan ko siya sa bagay na hindi naman niya ginawa. Well, she tried to kill us for two times already, hindi niyo ako masisisi kung siya kaagad ang pumasok sa isip ko.

"You have those two girls from the government with you. All the government teams that were sent here already pulled back from the game. But only those two didn't."

I looked at her, confused. What does the government has to do with what happened to Neo?

She rolled her eyes at me and murmured something.

"What did you say?"

"I said, why aren't you as smart as your twin! If I was talking to him he would have figured it out already."

"You could just explain it to me in a simple way! Why do you have to confuse me with suddenly bringing up the government!"

We are glaring at each other. Walang gusto magpatalo. I can see her strings, preparing to slice me in half. Kaya hinanda ko din yung espada ko. Just a minute ago she was helping and now she is planning to kill me again?

Napatulog ko din sa wakas si Rian, kaya pinauwi ko muna siya kay Janica. Kasama ko ngayon magbantay kay Neo ay si Joseff.

"Did you know?" He suddenly asked.

"About what?"

Magtatanong nalang siya hindi pa linawin. Ang dami kong alam na hindi alam ng iba kaya hindi ko alam kung alin dun ang tinutukoy nila.

"24 hours."

I gave out a bitter smile.

"I've known him for years. Hindi niya sasabihin sakin na wala nang antidote kung walang time limit. Kayang kaya niya gumawa ng antidote, but, it always take him three days. Sinabi niya na wala, dahil gusto niya hanapin yung gumawa nito kay Neo at kunin sa kanila ang antidote."

Si Rian, Rina at Janica lang ang hindi nakakaalam. Ayokong ipaalam sa kanila lalo na kay Rian dahil alam kong hindi siya titigil ng kakaiyak. Hindi pa nga siya kumakain mula nung dinala dito si Neo eh.

"8 hours. We only have 8 hours left. Are you sure you're not going to do anything?"

"The last thing Leo would want is to see his brother lying down on a coffin. And besides, Isaac and Alec is with him. So there is really nothing to worry about, am I right?"

He smiled with amusement. Tch. Hindi man lang siya nagulat na alam ko. He is really no fun.

"Boss. We just got a call from Isaac."
