Chris tightened his bowtie and took a deep breath as he looked in the mirror. "Phil, do I look ok?" He asked, nervously.

Phil looked at him, straightened his bowtie slightly, and smiled. "You look great, mate."

There was a knock at the door and Phil quickly opened it. Guy and Will stood there, grinning, looking dashing in their tuxes.

"You guys look great!" Chris complimented.

Guy smiled. "This is the same suit I wore to your first wedding," he bragged.

Will rolled his eyes. "He's only saying that because I ripped mine trying to fit my rump in it."

At the mention of it, Guy and Phil burst out laughing. "It's still hilarious!" Guy said in between giggles.

Will groaned. "Anyway, so I had to go and buy one last minute."

Chris smiled. "I'm glad your emergency was sorted out, Will," he teased.

The guys laughed again and Chris turned back to face himself in the mirror. "Aren't things supposed to get easier the more times you do them?" Chris asked with a chuckle.

Phil chuckled as Guy and Will were occupied straightening each other's bowties. "Generally, yes."

Chris sighed. "Then why do I feel even more nervous?" He thought back to his first wedding, when he had felt so unsure of himself. How he had felt uneasy at the fact that he was going to marry someone that wasn't Jonny. How he had debated saying no so he could marry Jonny, and how Jonny had been depressed afterwards when he didn't.

Guy chuckled. "I think weddings are the one exception to that rule."

Chris sighed. This time, zero doubts were running through his mind. He knew that this was what he wanted. He knew from the day that he met Jonny, that this was what he wanted. Jonny was who he wanted to marry. The man he loved with the intensity of a thousand suns, the man he loved loved more than anything else in the world, the man whose green eyes sparkled brighter than a glimmering ocean in the bright summer sun.

"Are you ready, Chris?" Will asked with a smile.

Chris turned around and grinned. "Am I ready to begin the new chapter of my life with the man that I love? Yes. I'll always be ready."

Phil smiled at him. "Alright, mate. Let's go."

They waved goodbye to Will and Guy, and promised to see them downstairs.

Phil and Chris stood at the altar, waiting for the ceremony to begin. Phil patted Chris on the back as he took a deep breath, doing his best to release the nerves. "You'll do great, mate," he whispered.

Chris looked over at the guitar and the piano sitting by the window of the church, and hoped in the name of God that he didn't mess up his performance too horribly.

Suddenly, he heard the music begin playing and looked at the back of room. He grinned at the sight of his love, looking dashing in his white tux. His daughter was the flower girl, and Chris waved at her as she sat in the front pew. She waved back and looked back at her daddy, slowly walking up the aisle, with his mother by his side.

His future husband. A future that was ten minutes away.

When Chris was joined at the altar by the man of his dreams, he smiled and immediately took his hands. He could barely hear the priest, he was so happy.

The tears welled up in his eyes, but for once, not from sadness. He was about to cry, but in joy, something he was unused to. However, seeing Jonny in front of him, them hand in hand and a priest beside them, really made him feel like he belonged.
