It was all okay. Garroth said he would take care of Ghost and make sure she didn't bother Zane again. It was all okay. It was all free. It was all... calm.
Wait...
Oh, Zane was being dragged into a gap in some trees by Kawaii~Chan... okay, maybe not calm. But happy.
"Zane, hurry up!! You're so light but you're making me run slower!! Work with me!!" Kawaii~Chan exclaimed.
"Nana, where are we even going?" Zane asked.
"Well we're already here!" Nana replied excitedly.
They were standing in front of a large grove of lush trees. There was a small, narrow path amidst the foliage.
"Don't tell me we're going in there..." Zane sighed.
"Well duh! Of course we are! Now come on Zane~! You need to hurry up!" Nana exclaimed.
"Can't we just walk and admire the pretty trees?" Zane asked, clearly annoyed.
"NOO! I know you don't want to do that. Come on, Zane, what's wrong with being adventurous?" Nana asked.
"Ughhhh... ffffiiinnnee..."
Zane actually did want to adventure... he just kinda had to hold down all of that and stuff it deep down inside his chicken nugget body. Keep calm feelings and not overwhelm people with his adventurous nature...
Oh what the heck. This was Nana... Zane was supposed to be fine with sharing every bit of his true self with her... I'll let her get overwhelmed by me. What the heck.
"LET'S GO!!" Zane yelled, ran in front of Nana, grabbed her hand, and ran into the narrow path going deep into the woods.
