"Whoa!! Zane, slow down~!!" Nana yelled happily. She was the one being dragged behind now.

"NOOOO! You dragged me behind and now it's my turn!!" Zane yelled back.

"Uuuuuggghhhhhhh," Nana sighed. Now she was acting like Zane.

Hmmm... how to make this fanfic cuter... OH I KNOW!!

Zane suddenly stopped and Nana ran into him. "Tired?" he asked, breathing hard but not sweaty at all.

"Y-yeah, pretty," Nana replied.

Zane blushed while doing this but knew that all the fangirls would scream (FOURTH WALL BOI) so he scooped Nana into his arms and started running again. Damn, she was light.

They were both blushing super hard.

Zane just kept following the windy path, shielding Kawaii~Chan from any protruding branches that could hit her. He was tired now, but he just kept going.

After what seemed like an hour (even tho it was only 5 minutes) they arrived at a clearing. There were flowers on the ground, bright green foliage surrounding every spot, and a small two-person wooden bench in the middle. It was like a fairy tail... (SEE WHAT I DID THERE? FAIRY TAIL? YAAASSSSS)

So peaceful... so... calm...

"Wow... this is beautiful," Kawaii~Chan marveled.

"I couldn't... agree more," Zane agreed, still breathing hard.

"Heh..." they were both still blushing super hard.

Zane set Nana down. "Want to take a seat?" he asked.

"Of course," Kawaii~Chan responded.

"Kind of crazy getting here," Zane small talked.

"Yeah..." Nana replied.

...

Awkward silence...

Zane finally broke it. "So... you've had a couple of outbursts here and there... what's the thing about with you and my mom? Remember? You were all like, 'STAND DOWN OR YOU WILL PAY' and stuff. What's that all about?"

"Oh... heh... yeah... Not many people know this about me, but I actually was planning to become a police officer when I was younger... that's kind of what I majored in in college..."

"Wow, really? Why don't you have that as a job then?" Zane asked.

"Mm... some people are a bit mean to meif'wa... they already judge them hard when they try out for things like that, but all the pink and... silliness... that was a big no-no... mostly werewolves and humans are hired... :I" Nana replied.

"Wow... there's so much I don't know about you... but it's so nice to be alone and safe with you again..." Zane shyly said.

"Heh... you, too," Nana replied, both of them once again blushing cherry red.

They spent the rest of their time talking, chatting, learning... until it got dark... and under the peach, yellow, and pink sky, they shared a kiss, blushing harder than ever. Then, they headed back to the boat.

"Good night, Nana," Zane said.

"Good night, Zane," Nana whispered.

Nana walked to her bed, got in the covers, and dreamt about shirtless Zane getting attacked by Starry the Starlight Star.
