Part 11

The next day.
Jake's POV:
I walked into the school compound and walked to Tessa's locker to wait for her. I wanted to talk to her. I had noticed that she was about to bend the corner, she looked up, saw me and turned back around walking away fastly. I guess she was trying to avoid me? I pretended that I didn't see her. I mean she couldn't hide for long because we had physics today.

Physics class finally came and I actually made it a priority to get their early and on time. But Tessa wasn't. I was getting impatient. The class went by and she didn't show up. Maybe I should just stay out of her life because I ruin everything about her from her relationships to her grades.

I walk out of the classroom with my head held down low. I turn my head left down the hall to see Tessa staring at me. As she realized I spotted her she turned and started walking fast again.

Jake: "Tessa stop!" I yelled down the hall.

She stopped and slowly turned around.

I walked up to her and she tried to walk away but I grabbed her wrists gently and backed her up against the lockers.

Tessa: "Jake jus-"

Jake: "no, you can't keep running Tessa!"

Tessa.: "running from what?"

Jake: "from me! Let's just talk about it!"

Tessa: "there's nothing to talk about!" She said making me let go of her wrists.

Jake: "about our kiss yesterday.."

Tessa: "ugh, there's nothing between us and there never will be.."

Jake: "and I know that"

Tessa: "then what do you want to talk about?"

Jake: "I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for kissing you"

Tessa: "I kissed you.."

Jake: "no, I kissed you.."

Tessa: "we kissed eachother, okay?"

Jake: "okay.."

That same time, Erika walked up to us.

Erika: "hey babe" she said giving me a kiss infront of Tessa to supposedly make her jealous.

She just smiled.

Jake: "hey" I said back to her

Erika: "why are you talking to this bitch?" She said referring to Tessa.

Tessa just stood there with a "I don't give a fuck" look on her face.

Jake: "she's not a bitch and I'm talking to her because she's my friend" I said smiling and side hugging Tessa.

Erika: "are you fucking serious? She's your friend?"

Jake: "yea.." I said with my arm around her shoulder

She laughed hysterically.

Erika: "are you pranking her again?"

Jake: "no, she's really my friend.."

Erika went in for a kiss but I pulled back.

Jake: "look I see what your trying to do here babe"

Erika: "what are you talking about?"

Jake: "your trying to make Tessa jealous, it's not working" I smiled.

Erika: "I'm not doin-" I cut her off.

Jake: "I'll see you later k babe" I said giving her a friendly kiss on her cheek.
