*The next day*
Tessa's POV:
so Logan and I occasionally texted concerning our plan. We agreed to be all flirty in public and most importantly, in front of Jake. He waited for me outside in the parking lot, we both walked in hand in hand awkward to us, but cute to others.

As we walked into the school doors, Logan and I both smiled and laughed with eachother because generally he makes me laugh. I kinda forgot that we were "pretending to date" I guess I kinda got caught up in his smile, lost in his eyes and mesmerized by his voice. We both look at eachother then look up whirl still smiling and holding hands. We look up to see Jake.

The smiles never left ours sides. Jake just looked at us confused and disgusted...

Jake: "what's going on here?" He asked confused joining his eyebrows.

Logan: "we kinda have a thing" he said slowly but awkward.

Jake: "a thing" he said pressing on his words.

Tessa: "yeah, we're dating" I chuckled then looked at Logan.

Jake: "Tessa...I thought we kinda had a thing wtf are you doing?...especially with my brother..."

I was about to speak but Logan interrupted.

Logan: "c'mon little brother jakey, let's talk to the side"

He pulled Jake to a corner and they had a little conversation.

Jake's POV:

Logan requested that we talked. I immediately snapped on him.

Jake: "wtf are you doing with my girl??" I said angrily.

Logan: "correction...she's my girl" I stressed on the later half of the sentence.

Jake: "since when? How and why did this happen...I don't fucking understand" I said clenching my fists and jaw.

Logan: "since you started treating her like a dick!"

Jake: "what are you fucking talking about?" I raised my voice.

Logan: "you're so rude and disrespectful towards her...you even got a new girl...so she got herself a new man..."

Jake: "I'm not with anyone!"

Logan: "yea..because you're a fuck boy...you use girls..I'm surprised you didn't hook up with Tessa yet"

I sighed.

Jake: "look I just want my girl back!" I practically yelled

Logan: "maybe you should've realized this before you started treating her like complete shit...you made her cry...you walked right past her and into another's arms..think about what you've done to her..you hurt her and I was there for her, she's my girl now so deal with it" he said harshly

My eyes were filled with tears and my fists and jaw clenched as I watch them both walk off together hand in hand. What tf did I do? I just ruined something great in my life and nothing great ever happens in my life. Did I just really let her go? Fuck now she's with my brother...honestly how could he do something like that?
