Part 13

Jake's POV:
Logan said that Tessa didn't want to come and that he's gonna go by her house to convince her. I rolled my eyes and stayed back at home to welcome our guests. Almost everyone arrived and all of Logan's friends were non-stop asking where her was.

A few moments later, Logan's and Tessa walked in, it felt like the music stopped and all eyes were on them in shock. I heard people mumbling "what is she doing here?" And making fun of her. Then one fucked up kid yelled out loud.

Kid: "yo who the fuck invited her here?!"

I stuck up for her before Logan did.

Jake: "to if you have a problem you can ducking leave, the doors right there" I said pointing at the door.

The music started back to playa dm all eyes were eased off of Tessa. Logan left her side to get her a drink. Tessa and I made eye contact. We stopped and stared at eachother for a while. We were about 10 feet away from eachother. We both start walking closer to eachother as a smile grew on her face. We were now about 2 feet away from eachother, I opened my arms to embrace her but she walked right pass me and into her supposedly ex "Ethan Dolan" I still had my arms open for the hug, I turned around and stared at them with a blank expression written all over my face. Same time, Erika jumped into my opened arms. I pretended to be happy to see her even through I didn't really care. While hugging her I stared at Ethan and Tessa behind her back.

Erika: "I'm gonna go grab us some drinks, okay?"

I remained silent while watching Ethan and Tessa interact.

Erika: "Jake!"

No response.

Erika: "Jake!" I snapped out of my own little world.

Jake: "yea, go do that"

Erika: "what are staring at?" She tried to peep who I was staring at but I covered it up.

Erika left to go get us some drinks. Ethan left Tessa to get them drinks because Logan didn't com back with her drink yet. Who tf invite Ethan?! I don't even care but I took the opportunity to talk to Tessa.

Jake: "hey Tessa can I talk to you, i-in private please?"

Tessa: "sure, I need to talk to you too"

I grabbed her hand gently, our hands fell in line perfectly like a puzzle. Almost like we were just made for eachother. I lead her upstairs to my room.

We enter my room and I quickly slammed the door and pinned her against the wall.

Tessa: "what are you-"

Jake: "shh" I said touching her lip with my finger, I could tell she was turned on.

I began sucking on her neck, leaving behind traces of a few clearly visible hickeys. My lips find their way up to her lips. We began making out and surprisingly, she kissed back.

She pulled away.

Tessa: "this isn't right.."

Jake: "what do you mean?"

Tessa: "Erika! Jake that's what I mean, your dating a freaking girl!"

Jake: "your right, I'm sorry" I said backing away from her.

Tessa: "I better go"

She ran down the stairs before I could hold her back

Jake: "Tessa wait!" I shouted loudly from the top of the stairs, all eyes were drawn on me then to Tessa running out the front door.

Both Ethan and Logan ran up to me sitting at the top of the stairs, I had my head between my knees out of frustration.

Logan: "what did you did you do to her?" He said concerned.

I stayed quiet.

Ethan: "speak tf up, your hurting my girl!"

Jake: "she's not your fucking girl anymore, matter in fact the reason why she left was because of you! She told me about you and her and she got upset and left! So your clearly the one hurting her here not me!" I lied and yelled so much that my face was turning red and you could see veins popping out of my neck.

Ethan remained quiet.

Ethan: "well I wouldn't have hurt her if you didn't start your lies and false rumors!" He said leaving.

I shouted behind him.

Jake: "by the way, who tf invited you?!"

Logan: "I did! He's one of my good friends.."

Jake: "why do you always become friends with people who I don't get along good with?"

Logan: "maybe it's because I'm the better brother?" He said joking while laughing to try to uplift my mood.
