Rileys POV:
We've won the small group and duets. We've made it to the semi-finals. I watch the team stretch. Skylar comes over to me.
'I forgot to tell you that I saw James earlier'
I look at her.
'What?'
'Yeah. He was in the audience'
'What did he say?'
'He was asking how you were'
'Oh'
'Anyway. I just thought you should know that'
She goes back to warming up.
I never thought that James would show up.
When everyone has warmed up they get ready to go on stage. They start their dance.

We calp when their done
'The studio moving onto the finals are....the next step!'
We cheer.
'You did it! Well done!' I smile.
'Can we go to the shops?'
'Okay. But be back in two hours'
They run off.
I decide to go to the café in the building for some coffe. I sit down.
Someone comes over to me.
'Hey Riley'
I look up and see James.
'Oh. Hi'
'Mind if I sit down?'
I shrug.
We sit in an akward silence.
'Well done on making it to the finals'
'Thanks'
I look at him.
'What do you want?'
'I came to tell you that Im leaving town'
'W-what?'
'Ive found a place just outside Toronto. Im leaving tomorrow'
'Why?'
'Because I have no other choice. I cant be here when your around. It hurts too much. I have no reason to stay here if Im not going to be part of yours and the twins life. Its just too much to handle'
I look at him.
'Is the divorce still going ahead?' I ask.
'I guess. I have the papers in the car. You can sign them later'
I nod and put my head down.
'I gotta go. Take care of yourself' he says getting up and walking away.
I knew things were bad between us but hearing that hes leaving Toronto is huge. I dont want him to leave. I love him.
Amanda comes over to me.
'Hey'
I look at her.
'Whats wrong?'
'J-James is leaving Toronto'
'What!'
'Hes got a place and hes leaving tomorrow. He said he cant stay here if he cant be with me'
She looks at me.
'I really dont want him to go'
'Why?'
'Because I love him. I always have. And I forgive him for what hes done. I dont want a divorce. I want him to be part of my life again. I want him to be my family. I want him back'
'Well I think you know what you need to do'
I look at her.
'Riley. If you sign thoes papers and leave him go, your never going to see him again. Your going to loose him forever. And is that really what you want?'
'No'
'Then go after him and get him back. Before its too late'
I nod.
I get up and run out of the café. I see Michelle.
'Michelle! Please tell me you saw which way James went!'
'Yeah. That way. Why?'
'I love him and I want him back!'
'Does that mean you forgive him?'
I smile.
'Then go! Hes going to his car!'
'Thanks!'
I run out into the car park and see him approaching his car.
'James!'
He turns around. I jump into his arms and hug him tightly.
He looks at me confused.
'What are you doing?'
'Please. Please dont leave. I love you James. I want you to be with me. I want you to watch our children grow up. I want you back'
'Your only saying that'
'No Im not. I mean it. I forgive you James. I love you. Please'
'Riley I-'
'Can I do something?'
'What?'
I smash my lips onto his. I pull away and look at him.
'Please. I love you. And I forgive you'
He looks at me.
'Please come home. I never wanted a divorce. I was just so angry. I want you to be part of the twins life. I want you to continue been their amazing father. I want to be with you for the rest of my life'
He smiles.
'Thats all I ever wanted to hear'
He leans in and kisses me. I smile.
'Do you still have thoes divorce papers?'
He nods.
'Can I have them?'
He takes them out of his car and hands them to me.
I rip them up and throw them in the bin.
'We wont be needing thoes anymore'
He smiles.
I lean in again but he moves away.
'Whats wromg?'
'I believe youll be wanting this back?'
He pulls the necklase out and gently puts it around my neck.
'You kept it?'
'Of course I did. I love you. Why wouldnt I keep it'
I smile and hug him.
'Im so sorry for what I did to you. I should have been more carefull and-'
I put my finger up to his lips.
'You dont need to say anything'
I lean in and kiss him softly.
'I love you Ri'
'I love you too James'
'Its about time you two made up!'
I turn my head and see Amanda and Michelle.
I put my head down as I feel my cheeks go red.
'I think we're ready to go and win this thing!'
I smile.
'Lets do it'
James looks at me.
'I told you youd be great at leading the team'
'Im only covering for Kate while shes gone'
'Still. At least I dont have to sit in the audience anymore. I got the best view now'
'Where?'
'With you of course!'
I laugh.
He kisses me as we go back inside.
Im so happy that me and James are finally back together.
We can now focuse on winning nationals together.
