Leico Valdangelo just another heartache

'He's mad at me...I know it.' Nico said to himself. 'I'm a disappointment. I'm a bad boyfriend. No I'm a bad person. I deserve this. This has to stop. I have to stop feeling. Fuck it all.'

"Nico?" Leo's concerned voice came through the door.

"One second." Nico shouted back while urgently trying to mop up the blood.

He had cut a little too deep and hadn't even realized until the blood started getting everywhere. He wrapped an ACE bandage around his wrist tightly-it hasn't soaked through yet, but the sink was stained liberally with his blood.

Nico got out the peroxide and began washing away the bloodstains.

"What are you doing in there?"

"Nothing." Nico replied loud before disposing the towels.

"I'm coming in!"

Nico quickly rolled down his sleeve as Leo bursted through the bathroom door.

"What's your problem?" Nico asked harsher than intended.

Leo was unfazed "Let me see."

"No! I mean-There's nothing to see!"

Leo reached out and touched Nico's angelic face gently. "It's okay."

He said softly before kissing his cheek. "You're not gonna lose me."

Nico knew he was defeated so he held out the arm that had the ACE bandage around it.

Leo rolled up his sleeve and when he saw the bandage his eyes widened. "How bad is it?"

"Pretty bad." Nico said honestly just as the blood began to soak through.

"Let's get you to the infirmary." Leo said softly before grabbing his hand.

"No. I'm fine."

"No you're not!" Leo pulled him towards the doorway. "C'mon!"

"Leo.." Nico was feeling dizzy. "I think I need to lay down..."

"Oh no you don't." Leo picked the smaller boy up before noticing the bloodstained towels in the trashcan.

"Nico how much blood did you lose?!"

Nico made the 'I don't know noise'.

"Stay with me Neeks!"

"Mhmmm."

Leo carried Nico as fast as he could out the cabin.
