Diego's POV
Elena and I are currently standing on my balcony as the sun begins to set. I can't imagine what she's going through right now.
"And uh yeah that's pretty much it." She smiles and her crying has stopped. Her smile is so big and bright that it's impossible to even suspect the slightest bit of sorrow behind it.
"Elena," I pull her closer to my chest noticing she's got tears forming in her eyes. "Let it all out princessa, I'm here. If there's someone that won't judge you it's me, if there's someone you can always cry to, it's going to be me."
"Thank you." She croaks out into my shirt and I hold her tighter, caressing her beautiful brown hair. I pick her up and sit down on one of the chairs putting her legs over mine. She wraps both arms around my neck, silently crying.
I hate to see her like this but crying it out helps. Such a sap Diego! Check if your dick vanished already, such a sap.
"I'm here." I say and she nods into my neck. And I'll always be here. Even if you don't want me to, I could never not be there for you princessa, I care for you too much to do that.
She trails a hand over my chest. Is she seducing me? Now?!
Oh yeah the tattoo... idiot.
"Princessa where are you going?" I ask as she gets up and rummages through my desk. She's opening the drawers one by one before her eyes fix on something?
"Really Diego?" She raises her eyebrows at me whilst holding a box of condoms. "And it's empty. Should've known you fucked everything with a pulse."
"I don't do that anymore." I retort. I know she's feeling a million emotions and she can't get her head straight but those words hurt, is that was she really thinks of me?
"And why not?" She sighs in disbelief picking up a black sharpie.
'Because I like you and if it's going to happen it's going to be with you and nobody else.' I say to myslef and take the sharpie. I know perfectly well what she wants.
Wiping her tear away I pick up her wrist and draw the infinity symbol on it. I kiss it and hug her tightly before pulling her downstairs and into the living room so we can watch TV.
"I'll order pizza." I say and she nods with a wide grin.
We watch TV but she isn't focused on the show whatsoever. A lone tear trickles down her gentle cheeks and I near in closer kissing the spot.
"Salty." I give her a small smile in hopes to cheer her up.
"Yet it'll never be as salty as you." She winks and my princessa is back! The doorbell rings and she beats me to it before I get the chance to answer.
"Eowzers you look like a truck hit you," I hear the nugget of a man insult her. "That'll be $12.50"
"Gee thanks, don't keep the change." She scowls before taking the pizza box into her arms.
"Tell her she's beautiful." I tell the guy and he manages a weak nod.
"Beautiful, gorgeous, angel, absolutely stunning-" the nugget starts blabbering.
"I said beautiful not a whole dictionary now shut up." I glare at the guy who quickly scurries off.
"Someone jealous?" Elena smirks.
