The Return of Flambeau (#2 in the series)

What makes you so sure?

Today was the day I was getting out of the dreaded place, Father told me I was getting out this afternoon, but no. They wanted to keep me there a little bit longer.

We soon got back to the presbytery were Sid was talking about earlier.

"Woah, what happened earlier?". I asked.

Toothless roared saying, some of it is worrying and the other bit isn't.

"Well what I believe is that Flambeau is in the area". Sid said.

I gave a look of confusion.

"Yes, flambeau could be in the area because of the handkerchief, but it doesn't add up". Father brown said.

I then knew he was one about, but if Flambeau is in the area that means he's come to steal something.

"Oh you think Flambeau is dead don't you?". I asked.

"That's what I heard from inspector Mallory". Father Brown replied.

Toothless and I knew he wasn't dead. If I remember correctly Flambeau was shot even when the inspector said not to shoot him. *Spoilers* Flambeau fell off the cliff into the water, where later on he survived.

"Oh you 1950s people". I said.

"Us 21st century people all saw that he survived". I continued.

"Impossible". Sid said getting frustrated. "How did you see it?".

"They filmed the lot of it, wish they didn't thought, otherwise it would have been a good cliffhanger". I answered Toothless agreed.

We talked for a bit longer about the how I knew, but I soon said enough let's concentrate on why he's here.

I don't want to keep telling them about the 21st century, because sometimes it frustrates them. Like the time there was a murder and twins were involved, the inspector was going to arrest him for the fingerprints. Then I told him that twins have the same DNA, that really annoyed him. So that meant they were back to square 1.

"It's just an suggestion, but what if he was here to steal Toothless?". Said asked.

Toothless growled at him, how could you say something like that. "That is an...how could you say that". I shouted, Toothless growled at me telling me to watch my anger.

"That could be a reason, since we can't think of anything else". The father said.

"Oh not you to". I complained.

"We'll see what the others think". The father replied.

Toothless, why would Flambeau want him? The only reason he's with me is because I met him, when he was running away from Dreamworks. I didn't know him at the time and when I searched him up, Toothless stayed with me and we became friends.

I couldn't see why the Master of Thief's would want him, what does he do with the stolen things anyway? What would he use Toothless for?

All of these questions I was thinking were making me feel worried, Kembleford was not safe to stay in.
