"You and your 21st century stuff". The inspector shouted, as he came into the kitchen, with Goodfellow following.
"Bet your wishing I kept my mouth shut now". I replied.
He sighed. "Yes, sometimes I wish that".
"Fine I'll tell you how I know that Flambeau is alive, in the most simplest form" I said as I started to explain it.
After I had finished I hoped they understood me.
"So basically you saw that he survived?". Goodfellow asked.
I nodded. "Even when the inspector saw that he got shot".
"Bloody 21st century". Inspector Mallory muttered under his breathe.
Well at least they all knew now it was him and he is trying to steal Toothless. All we had to do was find him and convince him not to steal the dragon.
"So it's definitely Flambeau who did this, and he is after you". The inspector said. "You are taking this down aren't you Goodfellow?". He added.
"Yes Sir, I say we head back and work on the case now that we have more information". Goodfellow replied.
"Are you telling me how to do my job?". Inspector Mallory said.
Goodfellow shook his head, I chuckled slightly.
They both got up from there seats, and before they left the inspector added something.
"If I get this close to catching him, try and not let Padre help him get away". He said.
"Aye aye Sir". I joked, but I got a glare in reply. So I sat back down in silence.
The two of them leaving the Father, Toothless and I alone. Where I was planning to stay the whole day, away from the sneaky thief that was after us.
