Meliodas POV (EEEEEEEE sorry it's been a while I'm kinda having a party over here)
"Welcome to the Boar Hat!" I call out to the men waltzing over to a table near a window. "A waitress will be with you soon!" After saying those words, I realize how long its been since I said that. Zeldris had come to visit, and an attempt had been made on Elizabeth's life TWICE! The bar seemed different, mainly because this was no longer a place of safety, but a hideout for the time remaining. The men inside my tavern looked happy and content, but I felt as if something was wrong. I realized that the men sitting near the window were looking at me, probably because I was lost in thought. I took a deep breath in and out and proceeded to try and find my waitress.
I flung open the kitchen door; Ban cooking up something to my left. The room was filled with pots and pans, some hanging from the ceiling, some clattering around on the floor. "She left a little while ago." Ban muttered, twisting his head around to avoid the steam of-- whatever was in that pot. I dare not ask how Ban knew what I was thinking of, but all the same, I needed to find her.
"Where did she go?" I asked, my voice trembling ever so slightly. My gosh! I thought. You can't keep that princess in a room for two seconds! I cleared my throat, knowing that anything I say or think is consumed in frustration.
"I don't know. She's your girlfriend." Ban grunted.
"She isn't my girlfriend!" I said, blushing a terrible shade of scarlet.
"Maybe not yet..." Ban taunted.
"BAN! Just shut up! I'm going to go find her. Make sure customers aren't waiting too long." I responded, trying to keep my organization in check.
"My gosh, Captain. You're such a lovesick puppy. Go have fun." Ban snorted.
I pouted and stomped out of the kitchen, flinging the door open and--
"Um, sorry, sir. Customers aren't allowed back here." I said as I bumped into a man, towering about a foot above my height, and clad in the clothing you'd expect from a head of a street gang. His hoodie was covering his hair, and body shape was hidden with the bagginess of his pants and shirt.
"I'm here to talk with YOU." He said, pointing his large, long finger and poking me on the nose. "Meliodas, Captain of the Seven Deadly Sins."
----fast forward about ten minutes---
"So, how do you know my name?" I asked, sitting down on the red couch upstairs. The man seated across me did not look like he was in a good mood, pouting and never making substantial eye contact.
"I read it in the newspapers, and I saw the wanted posters. I know it's you." He grunted, shooting a nasty look at me and looking away in a split second. I was confused. The wanted posters were only the artist's rendition; I believed that my picture was hardly worth talking about. They pictured me to be this tall, scruffy guy. Just to make sure, I looked down at myself, examining that I was not the same person on the wanted poster. Personally, I believe the wanted poster looks a lot like my second youngest brother. However, there was no inclination that this guy had any affiliation with Estarossa.
"Sir, what do you want to talk to me about?" I asked, acting as if I felt perky and bouncy, as usual. Elizabeth was probably out somewhere doing something fun and enjoyable and I was being accused of-----something, stuck in a room with a total stranger.
"Sir, I was sent her with orders from the Royal Guard." He said with a worried expression on his face. I couldn't tell if this was bad news or not. "They want you and the other Sins to go to Belleshire. Apparently something odd is happening over there. They've sent some knights, but they haven't come back."
