There's some parts of the story you never get to hear. For most stories, you get a single side - usually 100 pages defended within a hardback cover does the trick. You get to look at it in it's raw form and live it for a few hundred pages, and then you close the book and it's pushed to the back of the bookshelf to collect dust like the rest of the stories. And this one is no different. No story truly ends, but it's the neat little bows that we wrap our stories in that make them more worth telling. In fiction, we call it a fairytale. It's the story of the Cinderella getting her prince. It's the story of true love's kiss, the one that awoke Aurora after all those years. It's the story that sent Ariel away from her life in the sea to run after Prince Eric. It's the stories we idolize, and it's also the stories we get endings to. And unfortunately, the only way to truly get an ending in a story is in death, and I really don't have space on my calendar to do that anytime soon.

But let me just say this, for the record: I'd kill to know this next part. I'd love to be a fly on the wall when Nathan showed up to his brother's funeral this morning, dressed in black with a small "signature" bowtie and slick dress shoes. I'd love to see the way the wind threw his neatly combed hair, or the way his eyes watered when everything finally hit him. Better yet, I'd love to see the moment everything changed for him. If it's just a glimmer in his eyes or a full-out rainstorm that took over his body, I would've done anything to see that part of our ever-so-short story.

Hey guys, got an update in because I passed my EMT national licensure exam :)

Oh, and was anyone interested in connecting on SnapChat or something? I love talking to new people, so if anyone is interested just comment and maybe if a bunch of people are up for it I'll just post my username or something :p

P.S. - sorry this chapter is short, but making it any longer would've ruined it in my opinion.
