SHORT SUMMARY. in which she shows the volturi kindness.
PLOT. mara swan moved in with her uncle charlie after her drunk of a father was killed by a vampire. the vampire originally wanted to kill mara to but could never bring herself to hurt her so instead the he told her all about other vampires and the volturi and left.
once she moved in with her uncle around the same time the cullen's moved to town she instantly felt a connection with all of them and she considers them family more then her actual one, she even lived at the cullen house most of the time. rose and emmet consider her like there daughter and love her very much. jasper clings to in an almost childlike way, loving her calm and kind aura. everyone who meets mara loves her, whether it's for her ability to see the good in everyone or her incredibly optimistic and opinionated nature.
no vampires can ever find it in them to hurt her no matter who they are. mara shows kindness and understanding to everyone who deserves it, no matter there past. once her adorably clumsy cousin moves to forks and mara's world gets turned upside down, what happens to the girl who's greatest gift is her huge heart, and optimistic ideas?
EXTRAS. basically mara has the 'gift' to draw other vampires in and make it impossible for them to harm her. - this plot starts of in twilight, and she doesn't meet caius until new moon. when they do meet caius feels drawn to her inexplicably, and he asks (forces) her to stay in volterra. all the volturi adore her, and she loves it their. mara is very accepting of their way of life, and understands that they kill people and that she can't change that. - her relationship with caius should be relatively slow because he doesn't want to hurt her.
