Dawn was very distant lately and no one knew why. Ash was worried about her.
Dawn didn't feel like herself anymore. She felt like she wanted to leave the earth without anyone knowing.
Ash wanted to know what was wrong, but she didn't talk to him. And didn't go to any of his gym leader matches.
Ash saw Dawn walking alone one day and called out her.
"Dawn!" He yelled.
No answer. She kept walking like she heard nothing at all. Then Ash decided to go to her.
But then, Dawn started running. She didn't want Ash to see her like the miserable being she is. Ash then started to run faster, as a way to catch up.
"Dawn!" He yelled out again. She turned to a corner, and she was blocked in an alleyway. She turned to see Ash right there.
She kneeled down and covered her eyes.
"Please Ash! I don't want you to see me like this!" She yelled.
Ash walked toward her, and kneeled down to her. He removed her hands from her eyes.
"Friend, Please remove your hands from over your eyes. . . For me. . ." Ash begged.
Dawn started to slowly uncover her eyes. Ash hugged her.
"I know you want to leave but. . . Friend, Please to take your life away from me. . ." Ash continued.
"Ash. . ." Dawn said, "But why?"
"Dawn you're really important to me. . . And I don't wanna lose you. Not like this. . ."
