Stole His Heart (James X Reader)

You were on an important mission. You were trying to steal one of the Pokemon, Latios. You had a net ready, but then you heard someone in the trees.

You hid in a bush where you thought no one could see you. Or so you thought.

"Hey!! Quit fooling around!" Said a woman's voice. You looked up a little. You saw a two people. A lady with pink hair, and a guy with purple hair.

They had an 'R' on their shirts. You guessed they were members of Team Rocket, a well known team.

You couldn't take your eyes off the purple haired guy. He was super handsome.

At some point he looked at you, and you quickly looked away. You were embarrassed. Then, you saw a Pokemon soar through the sky.

Latios. . .

You quickly tried to throw the net at it. But it backfired. The net caught the two Team Rocket members and their Pokemon.

"Oh no!" You said, "I-I'm sorry!"

"You!" Said the pink haired Team Rocket member, "Why did you trap us!?"

"It wasn't intentional!" You told her, "I was trying to catch that Latios!"

"Wait. . . You're the girl in the bushes!" Said the purple haired guy.

Your face turned pink.

"Um. . . Yeah. . ." You managed to say.

He managed to escape from the nets and walked toward you.

"I'm James," He said, "May I ask for your name?"

"I-Im (Y/N). . ." You stammered.

"What a lovely name!" James remarked, which made you blush.

"Thank you," You answered.

He looked at the net, and then looked back at you.

"I think your net-aiming skills are off a bit. . ." James said, "If you don't mind, I can teach you to aim more accurately?"

You smiled and nodded. "Sure!"
