Familiar (Ash X Anabel {Abilityshipping})

"Have I seen her before?"

That question ran into Ash's head. Recently he saw a tall, lavender haired girl.

And she looked like a girl he already knew.

"Why can't I pinpoint a name to her face?"

"I've seen her before," Ash muttered to himself.

This feeling he was having, that desire to remember the beautiful girl.

It started to rain, and he needed someplace to think. And he also needed to heal his Pokemon, so he went to the Pokemon center.

After Nurse Joy healed them, Ash went to the drink stand and sat there for a while.

"Hey. . ."

Ash turned around to see the same lavender haired girl standing in front of him.

"May I sit next to you?" She asked.

"Sure, go ahead," Ash told her.

She sat next to him. Ash thought she looked very pretty.

"Say, you look familiar. . ." Said the girl.

"I do?" Ash questioned.

The girl nodded.

"Yeah. What's your name?"

"Ash. . ." He answered.

"Ash. . . Ash Ketchum?" She wondered.

"Yeah?" He said.

"Don't you remember me? I'm Anabel! We battled at the frontier back in Hoenn!" She explained.

"I knew you looked quite familiar! How've you been!" Ash replied.

"I've been doing better! How've you been? Are you still trying to become a Pokemon master?"

"Yeah actually!" Ash answered with a smile.

"Still ambitious as I remember!" Anabel laughed.

They talked for a long time, 'till closing time in fact. Ash finally knew who she was, and she knew who he was.

They stood outside the Pokemon center, still talking a bit before they  leave each other.

"It was nice talking to you again Ash!" Anabel told him.

"It was nice talking to you too!" Ash replied.

"I better get going, but, I'll see you another time?" Anabel asked.

"Absolutely!" Ash answered.

Before leaving, Anabel gave Ash a small peck on the cheek. Ash's face turned red.

"Until next time Ash!"
