Christmas Blues (Cilan X Shy!Reader)

You were technically the outcast of the group of friends you have. You really didn't talk much, you were too shy. You also didn't talk much around this one special person.

Cilan was too nice to you. All your friends knew you liked him because you were so flustered around him. The gang thought he was a bit clueless.

You were at a table alone, drinking hot chocolate. While your friends, Iris, Ash, Dawn, and Clemont having a bit of fun. Ash and Iris were already dating, and Dawn and Clemont were pretty close.

Then, Cilan sat at the table with you. Your face suddenly turned bright pink.

"H-Hi Cilan!" You managed to say.

He smiled at you.

"Hi (Y/N)!" He said back, "Why aren't you with the others?"

You shrugged. You didn't have an answer, or a reasonable one at that.

"I guess I'm not in the mood I guess." You answered shyly.

"And why not?" Cilan asked, tilting his head a little bit.

You sighed.

"I-I feel like an outcast to everyone!" You told him, "I'm just there. It's like I'm invisible!"

"Cheer up, (Y/N), you don't need to feel like that!" Cilan replied, "I don't think you're invisible."

Then, you two heard chuckling. You both turned to them.

"Wh-What's so funny?" You asked.

"C'mon, seriously. You two haven't looked up yet?" Iris asked.

You both simultaneously looked up. Your face quickly turned scarlet red. You tried to cover your face to avoid embarrassment.

"C'mon Cilan! Kiss her!" Dawn cheered.

"She likes you!" Ash called.

"St-Stop it guys! You're embarrassing m-me!" You stammered.

Then, Cilan kissed you. It was sudden, but he did.

You both pulled away. And smiled at each other.

"Sorry I-I didn't tell you before Cilan. . ." You said, sadly.

"It's ok. You didn't have to tell me," he whispered, "Cause I already knew."

You smiled at him.

"I guess you like me after all. . ." You say.
