Huey POV~
I was reading in my room as Jazmine laid on my stomach, watching videos on her phone. We did this a lot on a Tuesdays. We would just relax and enjoy each others company.
"Hey Huey," Jazmine calls. I groan internally. We didn't normally talk.
"Yes?"
"Do you think we'll get married someday?"
I look down at my girlfriend who was looking up at the ceiling.
"Why do you ask?" I asked.
"I was just wondering. Ya know, thinking about the future."
"There's no point in thinking of the future when you're living in the present," I tell her. Jazmine sighs. Of course she was upset at this point,
"Oh... Okay."
I sigh, I don't like when she's was upset.
"Yes, Jazmine."
Jazmine gives a confused look.
"Huh?"
"Yes, I think we'll get married someday."
A bright smile shines on her face.
"Really?!"
"Yes-"
"Oh Huey!" She tackles me in a hug. My book falling to the ground. "You think we'll have kids?"
"Wait, Jazmine, I dont think-"
"Ohhh, I want 3! 2 boys and a girl! Wait no, 2 girls and a boy!"
"And why would you want that?" I ask, entertaining her fantasy.
"Because, its the opposite of you and your siblings."
"What do you mean?"
"There's 2 boys, you and Riley, then there's one girl and that's just Jada. I want the opposite."
I raise an eyebrow. She had a complex way of thinking.
"Okay?" Was all that came out my mouth. "Names?"
"Hmm.. I don't know actually. I do know I wanna name the boy Andre."
"Why Andre?"
"Remember when you said you'd change your name to Andre if you could?"
Oh yea, I do recall saying that.
"Oh okay."
"I think we'll have a great future!" Jazmine says as she snuggles into my chest. A small smile crept on my face. Thinking about the future wasn't so bad.
"What do you think we'll do?" She asks.
"If Crybabies is still together then you guys might expand that," I say.
"What about you?"
"I don't know."
"Being a domestic terrorist isn't really a job that pays. Hmm," Jazmine thought for a second. "What if you became a lawyer?"
"What?"
"Yea! A lawyer would be perfect for you," Jazmine states.
"Why would I do that?" I question.
"Because you're good at arguing and proving points."
I scowled,
"I don't argue."
"That's a lie," She mumbles. I groan. Honestly, being a lawyer didn't sound half bad.
