Chapter 4 (QUESTIONS)

LAURA'S POV

Ugh! I hate this! First I made friends with him so now he is being... him... being annoying, thinking that we are 'ACTUALLY' friends but NO we AREN'T! And what's worse is that he's almost in every class I have! Ugh... Great! (sarcasm)

After few minutes in class the bell rang. FINALLY! I got my things and sprinted outside the room. But he eventually catch up... again!

Laura: "What do you want?!" I said in an annoyed tone while walking and him by my side.

Ross: "Uhm... our next class is the same." He said it like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Plus we're friends right?"

Laura: "First of all, how did you know what's my next class? And se-" I said but got cut off by him answering.

Ross: "Probably because it fell off your bag and I picked it up and read it?" He said in a questionable tone.

Laura: "I don't care! Don't touch my things again! And second WE. ARE. NOT. FRIENDS!" I yelled at him.

And with that I left him with his mouth wide open because of what I said. Do you think I was a little harsh on him? Well... I don't care... well at least that was what I thought.

ROSS' POV

Did Laura just did that?! What's up with her? Is she just having her period or something? Or... does she really mean those words? I kept thinking what I did to her until... Maybe she is annoyed by the things I did to her and maybe she thinks I'm feeling too close to her and she doesn't like it. "Ugh...Ross look what you did!" I said to myself.

I walk inside and sat far from Laura but I can't help myself from looking at her. And time goes by fast that I didn't even notice that it's already lunch. I went out of the room and went to the cafeteria. I saw Ellie and Miranda talking to someone but I can't see who because they are blocking the view. So I just went to them and saw that they are talking to...her.

Ross: "Hey!" I said turning to Ellie and Miranda. "Hey Laura" I said and smiled shyly.

Laura: "Hey" She said in the same tone and slightly smiled.

Ellie and Miranda saw the tension between me and Laura. There was a silence for a while until Ellie decided to break the silence.

Ellie: So... GREAT! My three best friends are here! Now let's get some lunch, I'm hungry!

And with that we grabbed our lunch and ate together in one table.

Miranda: Okay wait! What did I miss?

Ross: What do you mean?

Miranda: I felt I missed a lot bacause I was not in the class where the three of you are in. Now spill!

Ellie: Spill what?

Miranda: About how you became friends with Laura, about what's wrong with Ross and Laura. Why are they even acting weird towards each other?

Laura: 'Pfff... we are NOT acting weird towards each other...see..." She said while punching my arm playfully.

Miranda: Sorry Laura but you're not the best liar.

Laura: "Okay... I better shut up now..." She said looking down embarrassed.

I chuckle a little bit, she's so cute! Wait... What did I just say?!

Ellie explained everything about what happened in Science class.

Miranda: "What?! You two kissed?!" She shouted and stood up causing everyone to look at her. She sat down again embarrassed and asked the question again now more calmly.

Me and Laura turned to each other and answered the same time.

Ross: Yes           Laura: No

Ross: What?!     Laura: What?!

Ross: No            Laura: Yes

We turned back to Ellie and Miranda to see them with their confused faces.

Laura: Ugh... Fine! We kissed...but it was only an accident and we are cool with it.

Miranda: If you are cool with it... Why are you acting weird towards each other? Like not talking and not looking at each other and having 'AWKWARD' moments.

Ross: "I don't know about her... ask her..." I mumbled against my breath.

Miranda: What?

Ross: Nothing

Then thankfully the bell rang signalling lunch is now over. I quickly grabbed my things and ran out as fast as I could. But one question still bothers me "Why did she eventually act strange towards me?"

Hey guys! I know I said I will post next next week but can't help myself! I wrote this when I was bored so... HERE IS IT!!! Hope you like it! I still don't know when I will post the next chapter maybe next week or next next week ;)
