Chapter 15

Jake took me to the cottage where we did it. I screamed to a long time. The pain wouldn't stop. Jake ran in. "Bella?! What's wrong!!!" I couldn't say anything he picked me up and ran. Soon we were at the Cullen's house. He was banging on the door. Carlisle opened the door. "Jake what is wrong with Bella?!" He was grabbing me and taking me to his office. The pain soon subsided after Carlisle gave me some medicine. "Carlisle will she have to stay here?" He nodded. 

"I'm afraid that these will happen a lot more throught the pregnancy." Jake looked worriedly at me. "It's fine Jake I couldn't be in better hands." He smiled gave me a kissed and slowly left. I looked at Carlisle. "I don't think he'll be safe tomorrow. Because Edward is coming back from his honeymoon." I groaned. But Carlisle knew it wasn't from pain. He left me to silence and I quickly fell to sleep. 

I awoke to Jake by my side. I kissed him not knowing that Edward was in the room. He coughed into his hand. "Oh hello Edward." My raspy voice rang out. Jake stood up and went downstairs to grab me a water. He walked up stairs to us in the exact positions. "Carlisle said I needed to come up and see something." I looked at Jake and motioned him to help me up. As I stood up Edward didn't talk. He was silent. Soon I was standing up by my own. I turned Jake was being choked. I ran to Edward. "Please Edward don't hurt him!"

"He made you pregnant! He made you pregnant with a monster that phases in you!" Edward was choking Jake. "At least he made me happy for the first time in my life." Edward dropped Jake and turned to me. His eyes were coal black. "Carlisle! Help!" Soon Edward was being held in his place. "Why do you think that!" Edward yelled. 

"He stayed." I touched my stomach. "He made me a mother and stayed when he could of left me to raise the kid by myself." I said with a very calm voice. He was shaking now. I glared at him. "Bella Swan! I tried to make you happy but what you wanted was out of my control!" 

"Ya like it was so hard I wanted you to stay! I wanted to be with you! His are different cause he has stayed! He has been with me through every-" I stopped. Jake was by my side. Soon I was screaming. I couldn't stop. Carlisle let go of Edward and ran towards me. He was holding me in his arms. Giving me the shot he gave me before but it didn't work. I kept screaming and crying. Jake was by my side letting me grab his hand. I kept squeezing harder and harder every minute. It stopped as sudden as it started. I was looking at everyone each had the same question. What triggers the phasing and only one person knew. And that person was Jake.
