Ben
When I got back from my class I saw Mal was still lying on her bed.
"Mal your can't just stay here all day, you need to do something." I said and Mal shrugged.
"What's the point. Because I see none." She said pulling something out of her pocket I then realised it was Evie's ring.
"She didn't even give me a chance, or explain why." Mal said confused. She held the ring in her hand tightly, as if it were all she had left of Evie.

Mal
Something wasn't right, Evie never would do this.. would she? I stood up and left the room without another word. I headed towards my dorm and when I got there I saw my stuff sitting outside. And I saw her standing next to it.
"Oh finally you're here. I was just helping Evie remove your junky from our room." Uma said sassily. I stood there in shock.
"You're room?" I said and Evie came out carrying a box of my artwork.
She looked at me briefly but something wasn't right. She set the box down and as if to rub it in, she walked over and hugged Uma.
"Thanks for the help." She said and kissed her. I felt myself fall over but didn't remember a whole lot else until Jane arrived.
Jane
I saw Mal fall over then I saw Evie and Uma and ran to help Mal. I helped her up, but she was out of it, so I took her to the nurses office. They couldn't find anything wrong but I knew exactly what was wrong. I helped her get back to Ben's dorm.
"Ben we've got a problem." I said and he helped me get Mal onto the bed. I took him outside and explained what happened. He stood there shocked.
"That's not right, I know Evie that's not the way she'd treat Mal." He said and I shrugged.
"We better do something quick, Mal goes to the extreme when something bad happens." I said and he nodded. We went back in the room but Mal was just sitting there looking at a picture of her and Evie. I walked over and put a hand on her shoulder.
"Maybe it's for the best.. maybe it's better she moved on. I'm not exactly dependable." Mal said tearing the picture in half and throwing it away. I looked at Ben and he looked worried. Mal never usually gave up.
