Evie
As I get back into rhythm with Mal I notice she has definitely changed a bit. We're not exactly on the same page anymore. And unfortunately that means more fighting.
"THEN WHY DID YOU GO TO HER IN THE FIRST PLACE E?!" Mal shouted. This had to have been the third fight this week. I shook my head and ran a hand through my hair.
"Mal we've been through this." I said going back to sewing, or at least trying. Mal growled but didn't continue arguing. At this point I gad no idea what we were arguing about anymore. I got a text from Doug asking if I wanted to take a break from studying and go with him and Jay to the mall for a bit. I agreed quickly and stood up.
"I'm going out. I'm not sure when I'll be back." I said grabbing my bag and leaving without an answer.
I got to Jay's dorm first because I refused to be with Doug alone. I knocked and he opened the door.
"Ready?" I asked and he nodded then we went to Doug's dorm. Jay knocked and Doug came out ready to leave.
"Okay, lets go." I said and we walked to the exit of the dorms.

I finally looked up from the book I wasn't actually reading and reached over to check my phone, there was a text from Jane but she wasn't exactly the person I was hoping who would text me. I pulled up Evie's number and flinched at our recent conversation. I ignored it and texted her.
M- E, I'm so sorry about our fight...
I wait for about three minutes before sending another text.
M- I hope you can forgive me..
I waited for another three minutes before it finally said she had read my texts. She started to type a reply but then she stopped. I put my phone down and walked over to my closet. I changed out of my clothes and into some pyjamas, then I went over to Evie's closet and took one of her jackets out. I walked over to my bed and sat down. I began to cry because I realised I was being a terrible girlfriend. Eventually I found myself laying down, then I blacked out.

Evie
I looked at my phone and the long message I had just typed.
E- Mal, I do forgive you, but that was the third fight this week. I really want this to work but I can't live in a world where we're fighting all the time.. maybe it would be right if we took a break...
I hesitantly looked at the send button, but then I deleted the entire message. I couldn't do that, she'd never forgive me. Jay opened the car door for me and I got in, we didn't get anything at the mall, I just was glad I was able to get out of the dorm. Now it was time to go back and set things right with Mal. When we arrived back at the dorms Jay went off to his dorm and it was just me and Doug.
"I had a good time, I really needed to get out." I said and he smiled.
"I did to." He said then looked at me seriously.
"My deal is still there Evie, I'll still take you back.." he said and before I could reply he leaned in and kissed me on the cheek. I stepped back startled and looked at him annoyed.
"Doug I had a nice time but I'm still loyal to Mal. Now if you'd excuse me." I said walking away quite quickly and heading back to the dorm.
